We took a 3-hour evening Red Jeep tour of the San Andreas Fault, with star gazing included. If you have little familiarity with the palm oases and the fault, this would be a good introduction to the environment of the fault and oases. The area that you will see on this off road tour contains scenes of great beauty and ruggedness. The trip is extremely rough and can be hard on your back. I would not recommend this trip for th elderly or anyone in anything but the best of health. The guides have some general knowledge, but couldn't answer some relatively simple... more

I would never recommend this tour to anyone. This tour is crams you into a space intended for no more then 4 people. We had to sit with 7 people and paying over $100 per person for their Joshua Tree Extreme. We had to sit next to 2 overweight people and bumped knees with other guests the whole way. We... more

My family has gone on 3 Desert Adventures tours, their San Andreas Fault, Joshua Tree, and Mystery Canyon - All I can say is WOW!
