This is a beautiful place to stroll. There are many shops similar to Rodeo Drive and numerous restaurants including California Pizza Kitchen. A great place to watch people and enjoy the culture of the area.

Beautiful Palm Tree Lined street with excellent restaurants and a lot of stores. The stores are beautiful, however they are very very expensive. The women have all had Botox and the men have all had their teeth capped. The only young people are the children of the rich. Those children are in their 30's and 40's. The usual line up of boutique shopping and trendy restaurants. Much more refined than Palm Springs.

The El Paseo Shopping area is a lovely, well designed up-scale shopping and dining area that is the show piece for Palm Desert.
