The back nine are on the shoreline. For the price, you cannot beat this place. Pro Shop is friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

A rather short course - not much room to expand - but a nice venue. I was especially impressed with the friendly locals. They made me feel so welcome.

My wife and I have played this course over 20 times and everytime we play we are amazed at it's beauty. The front nine offers a journey thru montery pine trees and hundred year old eucalyptus trees. The long winding fairways and the eucalyptus smell make for a outdoor spa experience. It's no wonder the wildlife (Deer,Geese) stay year after... More

This course is laid out in two distinct styles - the front nine resembles many public courses - in nice shape and very playable. The back nine is a different story - playable as well, but with incredible ocean views from most holes! More open course design and wildlife throughout! All that and golf, too! (We even saw whales from... More

What a great fine. Will definitely be back with friends. The back 9 has spectacular views if there is no fog. The marshalls, especially John & his sidekick Angus, are friendly and enthusiastic! Love love love this course!

My husband and I had taken a trip to Monterey California and stumbled across a beautiful Golf Course, Pacific Grove. A very fun place to play, and the back 9 is on the Pacific Ocean. The views are so beautiful, there are deer everywhere who keep eating the grass while you play around them. An amazing experience!!! We played there... More

This golf course has 18 scenic holes and is challenging for a duffer. The first nine holes take you through Monterey pine tree lined links; while the second nine holes take you along the beautiful coast line. Make your reservations on-line as far in advance as possible before your visit, and be ready to have the Marshalls push you through... More

The price is right, the staff is friendly, and the round was terrific. Many deer and fawns roaming the course. The pace was good. The front nine had a good mix of long and short, with fast greens. A light house sits between the front nine and back nine. Course is walkable but carts are available. Whales were seen jumping... More

Yes, it isn't Pebble Beach but for a fraction of the cost, I'm not going to complain. We were on vacation with another couple (one played golf). Ask for "deals" when you call for a tee time, or ask to get on their email list. We got $29/person because we played on a Tuesday morning. The person who rode and... More

Have played here in the sunshine and the fog and it's all good. You can't get too worked up about the condition of the course when you compare the cost against the location. With the drought in CA the course was in good condition. We rode but many - maybe most - used a push cart. Teed off at 2:50... More
