A nice spot to visit, but it has changed over the years. There used to be an easily accessible public restroom, but now it has been moved to a hard to find location.

What a beautiful little park and beach. Saw a couple of weddings in the 2 times we were there. Would be fun to hang out there all day, but we were sightseeing so just cruised around and then moved on...but beautiful!

Lovers Point Park is a small and well kept park that has a stunning view of Monterey Bay. Around the park are benches, for sitting and viewing and tables for picnics. There are rocks to climb around on and several times a year there is entertainment of some kind going on. Parking is along Ocean View or in two public... More

Fun park to go to, we went there for a group BBQ. Lots of picnic tables and large grassy area. Easy to find a parking spot. There is also a very nice sandy beach area.

This was a fun, little park. There are great rocks to climb all over… My nephews loved it! Several picnic tables to use. Great views of the bay. A couple of restaurants. A community pool.

The night life here is interesting. We got to watch some artists twirling fire in the park! It was beautiful with the sky barely illuminated in the background and only silhouettes of buildings, rocks, and trees.

This is a very relaxing place. You can do whatever you want. You can swim, walk, climb rocks, go out to the point. I actually was sitting quietly watching the ocean when I saw a baby squirrel pop its out of a hole in the ground. I did not move and before I knew it there were 7 little heads.... More

Took our grandkids to Lovers Point Park and they had a blast. We picnicked on the beach and they swam in the ocean and had fun jumping in from the steps. The kayak rental was overpriced.

Parking can be difficult, but it really is beautiful. It's great to start and end a jog along the rec trail here. You can stretch in the grass, take in the view, and feel really lucky to be alive.

Wonderful park full of people enjoying the natural beauty. Families having picnics, good opportunity to see seals, sea otters, dolphins, cute squirrels who eat from your hands, deer, etc. Also, right across from the perfect downtown.
