A tourist favorite.

Beautiful views, picnic areas, rocks to explore and special musical events on occasion. Take the stairs down to the cove and enjoy the beach.

Another great area to take photos, admire the rugged coastline, the ocean and the wildlife. The cypresses are a huge plus! The flowers were starting to bloom... Lovely!

Lovers Point Park is a perfect place to kick back and take in the panoramic views of Pacific Grove and Monterey and across the Monterey Bay to Santa Cruz. You can have a picnic, barbeque, play frisby, or just people watch. Kids will love playing on the beach on enjoying the waters in the sheltered cove. Kayaks and bicycles are... More

we stayed there overnight and was quickly amazed by the beauty of this place. We arrived latter at night, unfortunately it was a cloudy day.. Great day for road trips maybe, but it tones down the beauty of the surrounding a little. However, i don't think any kind of climate can minimize the beauty of this park... The view, the... More

A nice area of rocks and a headland with views all around, this little area was a nice romantic place. Lots of couples having selfies done and lots of little squirrels to share the space. A nice walk along the front and some nice places to eat too.

Go in the early morning and have the place to yourself. Take the walk back along the coast to the aquarium. The beach behind the aquarium is where the sea lions all sleep and hang out.

We saw (in the distance) sea lions swimming and cormorants. It offers a wonderful view of the bay. Is very easy to reach and is very close to restaurants and has a nice beach where one can swim.

There is a very nice walking path that follows the edge of the park...many walkers and bikers there...loved watching the otters and other sea life...surfers were fun to watch...thought they must be freezing as it was March and the air was chilly...but the sunsets were wonderful! Great place to just sit and be or be with someone you love!
