A lovely photo stop on this rocky outcrop. A good view of the coastal shores of Monterey Bay looking back to the aquarium. Lovely homes around here. Some were like hobbit homes. What a life here. Would love to retire to this place.

There is ample parking, benches to sit and enjoy the view, trails if you prefer to walk along the water, sea otters at play, squirrels running amongst the rocks, shade or sun, public restrooms (by the pool), a little kiosk with food and coffee. Bring your camera and a jacket and you can stay all day, just basking in the... More

Worth the stop to enjoy the walking paths. There is a small beach but I would choose another location if you are looking for just a beach. Rent bikes and enjoy the area for an afternoon.

Walking paths, small beach, bike path, saw plenty of sea otters but missed the harbor seals who also hang out here. Small park in lovely setting. There is also a shop that rents gear for watersports.

My close friend just recently had her wedding there and the ocean view in the background as they exchanged vows was breathtaking.

Can be a busy place, but it is a lovely view spot for a picnic or just to sit. Small beach in the cove keeps little ones busy. Some take kayaks out of there. At the grill area one can rent a bicycle to take on the nearby trail -which is a fantastic place to ride along the coast.

It's a fun beach park with a great jogging/biking trail to Cannery Row. You can rent bikes there, picnic, bbq, hang out on the sand, watch lots of ocean life and relax.

Unexpectedly beautiful, rocky coastline. Lots of rocks to climb on and get fabulous views and photos.

We were here on a beautiful sunny day in March, but the wind made it chilly. This community park is located at Ocean View Blvd. and 17th Street and is used for picnicking, fishing, swimming, and water sports. Lover's Point has a large lawn area, beach volleyball, a children's swimming pool, sandy beaches, rocky areas with ground squirrels, a concrete... More

This is a place frequented annually by the Monarch Butterfly migration... You've gotta go there...!!!
