We saw surfers in November, boats, birds, cyclists going past on the trail, and it seemed like a really fun spot to spend part of a day! We were on our way to the monarch sanctuary, so only spent 15 minutes here. What a clean town! Beautiful vistas!

This was very pretty! There was a wedding going on right there in the grassy are of the park. With the rocks and sailboats going by, it was beautiful!

We started at Lovers point, great beach and a nice park. We rented bikes and rode into monterey, very easy trip (not a bike rider family!)

Very scenic spot to get a great glimpse of the rugged Northern California coastline. You may get to see some seals swimming through the waves that crash and splash upon the rocks. Nice romantic spot for some kisses with your sweety.

This was a nice little patch of white sand beach for kids to play. The sand is perfect for building sand castles. Parking was easy (mid-week). Highly recommend.

Our hotel, the Lovers Point Inn, is right across the street from this park. There is a great view and very nice areas in which to walk. The park has paved walkways, which is always nice to accommodate people of all ages.

It is a well maintained park with benches, tables and grassy areas. Great view of the ocean. The only negative I can think of is there are no bathrooms available.

This park is small but what a view of the ocean! There are a few picnic tables to sit at while you eat.

Lovers Point Park is a lovely park, with grass, picnic tables and great views. There are 2 beaches and you can spot some wildlife from the park. Seals, sea otters and lots of birds. It is a popular place for weddings in the summer.

Lovers Point is a section of rocky coast in Pacific Grove that borders a beautiful drive along the coast in PG as well. There is a park, picnic tables, and the beautifully maintained walking and biking path that stretches all the way into Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey. Definitely worth spending time walking and sitting to enjoy the coastal scenery. Pounding... More
