Lovers Point has some amazing views across the Monterey Bay to Santa Cruz. The beach itself is small but the surrounding park and rocks make it extra special.

Scenic setting. Makes for a lovely photo! (Just read up on it before visiting to be careful as raw sewage has been known to pollute the water there! The latest spill I read about was this past May, so you may want to think twice before going into the water?) Yuck.

Beautiful, easily accessible and family friendly. There are picnic tables, bbq pits, a beach house with a volleyball net, bike and other rentals, grill and a pool, and there's ocean/beach access. There is lots of parking along the street. Great for a stroll and for the views.

This is a nice little place in pacific grove on the bike path from Monterey. There is a restaurant there and a small beach. Despite the fact you are on the ocean, you can see the west from there and thus no sunsets. you need to go about 5 miles up the road.

Lover's Point is a place of blue water, brown rocks, birds, green shrubbery, squirrels, and pink ice plant. On a sunny, clear day at the bay, the scenery is gorgeous. Families played on the small beach. We strolled the boardwalk. What a relaxing place!

enjoyed our time there...couples and families...be prepared for a possible stiff breeze! we anticipated it and wore jackets, but should have worn more layers...locals had on their down parkas in March!

Historic spot in PG. New picnic tables. New restrooms now attached to Beach House restaurant. Great small statue of boy with sailing boat honoring PG grads that went to WWII. This is a fantastic spot for a family outing or just to eat at the new Beach House restaurant n

Great benches to sit and people watch. I like listening to the waves and watch the kayaks. The breeze feels good and the sun feels even better😀

This is one of the many places you can stop along the road that goes from Monterey through Pacific Grove. Great scenery, lots of wildlife: sea birds, sea lions, harbor seals, sea otters and whales can be seen beyond the kelp. Have your binoculars with you!

A visit to the beach and coastline is always a must in this coastal town. Recommended also: The restaurant ' The Beach House' for view - service and food. :)
