Historic buildings relocated here and restored. La Dolce Vida italian restaurant on site which offers excellent food. We love the summer concerts, music, dancing and good friends. New friends made. Tours are available by docents in period costumes.

A docent in period costume will give you an interesting exterior tour of the architecture of these homes from the turn of the last century. Entertaining and informative with lots of local flavor and history. At Christmas time, the homes are decorated.

In the heart of my hometown, is this little piece of historic place of Oxnard, we know this place since was a big house in south Oxnard, then the City "divided" in several "pieces" to create a city block with this big house, now making a several bussiness and a great restaurant. On summers, they have a series of musical... More

Great to visit if you're an architecture buff or have Victorian nostalgia. The area is that of a number of restored Victorian style / era structures. It seems to be an area in progress as there isn't a lot to do except admire the exteriors, which was fine by me. This is an area to watch as it definitely has... More

I love this place! I have been here several times with many different people. I enjoy reading about each plantation home and the history of the family and place behind the story. If you want to know about the people who helped establish this area, come here to learn about it.

A beautiful place to get away from it all and relax. Vintage and Victorian make the setting. Have lunch, wine or stroll along the beautiful homes. Or even go in the small quaint chapel that is quite and lovely. Or even have a Victorian wedding there.

Oxnard rounded up a variety of old farm houses and local homes and relocated them in a single area in downtown. Most have business' in them, so tours are only on special occasions, but a cool place to visit.

There are nice plaques outside the homes but most are being used as businesses so not stocked with old furnishings as a museum would be. But still nice view of what Oxnard was like when first settled.

Heritage Square in Oxnard is a quaint collection of restored Victorian homes that are now mainly offices. It is not much visited by either locals or visitors.
