The atmosphere is casual and can be described as a "big boys shed" if you consider the huge model train layout. The cars are interesting and look to be driven often by their owners. Some of the exhibits are unique vehicles. If you're in the area you can visit this Museum and the Mullins around the corner to experience both... More

We went on a Wednesday night, and I believe we were the only visitors at the time we were there, except for the model train guys. There is a large railroad setup, very detailed. Very interesting cars, and what I found most fascinating is the fact that many (if not all) vehicles were privately owned, and really the museum is... More

This is a very nice small automotive museum to spend a couple of hours going thru. Most of the stuff belongs to private individuals who put their items on display and pay a fee for the museum to take care of. There were several unique cars along with vintage trailers, interesting auto related items and a large model train layout.... More

View an assortment of cars dating from th early 1900s to more recent models. Many of the cars are restore, but some show their age. The museum also has special exhibits. Model trains were on display when we were there. You can see it all in about two hours.

I took my 16 year old son here on a random father/son day, we were both happy with the experience. The suggested "donation" for entry is $9 for adults. We both enjoyed the visit very much all the car had keys in the ignition and had current registration tags which was pretty cool. The staff was very friendly and the... More

This auto museum houses not only vintage cars but has an elaborate, fully-functioning model train in the middle of the building. What is another unusual and interesting feature of this museum is that the car keys are all in the ignitions! They ask you during registration at the entrance not to open the cars but you can take pictures. There... More

My cousin and I attended the Vintage Camper and Trailer exhibit last Summer, and it was just such a fun day. The museum is large, bright, and clean all you need to do stroll through the museum and discover the treasures of yesteryear. If you love vintage vehicles, stop by this museum you will not be disappointed!

On Dec. 13th several members of the California Stingrays Car Club visited this museum. While not overly large in inventory, they did have a very nice variety of vehicles and auto memorabilia including model trains, boats and television props. There is an fee of nine dollars per person and the staff was very friendly and informative. I will definitely visit... More

If you are into cars I highly recommending seeing these two in the same day. It is a very easy day trip as they are close together. Murphy's is very casual and the docents working there were very willing to answer questions. Whereas Mullins has the multi-millioin dollar rare cars, Murphy's has the cars I knew growing up from my... More

My wife and I visited last week and found this to be a quaint, yet interesting, museum. It features older autos but does have a lot of old clothing, toys, travel trailers and other items from the past. It brought back some fond memories. It's not too costly and a pleasant way to spend about an hour or so. There... More
