We did this hike early in the morning, and it was perfect! The mist raining down from the trees down to the fauna was beautiful. Do not trip, you will be constantly looking up and walking at the same time, in awe of the beautiful trees. Easy loop, not much in elevation change. After the trail keep driving up to... More

This is a must see. A short drive up the hill to a majestic walk through the red woods. It is a nice walk that takes you in a loop back to the parking lot. My 85 y/o grandmother had no problem walking the trail. Let me say this walk was stunning. Pictures cannot do the grove justice. I highly... More

If you have the chance take the time to visit this grove of old growth redwoods and take the short relatively flat hike. Bring your camera because it is an amazing place and the trail takes you past some interesting trees. Definitely a "10"

This was a stop we made while driving the Redwoods National Park corridor. It was fantastic. It is quite a humbling experience to stand next to these living giants even inside a few that have been hollowed by fires (though still alive). Highly recommend this hike if you are in the park.

This is one of the most beautiful redwood groves in the state. I have been to the Muir Woods numerous times , and this is on that level. Don't miss this.

This trail is a mile and a half, and not very difficult. It really offers a nice display of the redwoods. I was also amazed that the climate for the redwoods is so lush and green. Just beautiful! There were very few people on the trail, which made it very peaceful.

The hiking trail is pretty easy. And the tress ate absolutely amazing. It took about an hour and wasn't very crowded. And as a bonus I saw a bunch of elk passing through. Very nice.

This is definately worth the time if you like large Sequoia trees and a beautiful walk. It is about a mile mulched dirt trail through giant trees and beautiful under growth located in Redwood National Park. It could be challenging for the handicapped, but not impossible with some help and time. The trail has numerous benches to rest and is... More

Beautiful, enchanting, and Full of photo-ops! The sunlight filters through the tops of the trees and the moss, and the mist, and you feel transported. I found myself feeling incredulous that I was still in the U.S.
