It was raining the day of our tour. We rented rain jackets for $10 and we're glad we did. Although it was raining we didn't get that wet. Our tour guides were awesome and made us feel safe. They gave a little history about the trees. This tour was the best part of our trip to San Francisco.

Well we went to book 2 which was available only to find out the card did not go thru so we called and called for more then 2 hrs. Not one person answered the phone. It went to voicemail. Wasn't about to try 2 hrs to be told we couldn't go. Not at all customer service.

This is a tough review to write as I had great time with really fun guides, however within a day my only exposed areas, neck and face were covered in Poison oak! I'm being generous with 3 stars, because I did enjoy myself, BUT, I reached out to the company regarding my concern of urushiol, (poison oak oil), being on... More

Hi there, Thank you for your e-mail regarding poison oak. We took your e-mail as an FYI by the wording and immediately washed all of our gloves and helmets after hearing about your case. I am sorry that you did not receive a response, it was mostly due to the wording of the e-mail (we assumed it was an FYI).... More

Experienced, safe, and funny tour guides (they do expect a tip though so bring cash)! We did the challenger course which has a few zip lines, a few swaying bridges, and a drop fall at the end. I mention this because when reading about the courses I thought it was just going to be a longer zip lining course with... More

Sent my three boys(18, 14, 13) on a Zip Line Canopy Tour. They loved the experienced. The guides were great. Safety first. The experience of doing it in the pitch black with only a head lamp made the experience that more invigorating! Highly recommend.

A fun time "Zipping" through a beautiful Redwood forest! The whole tour was great! From the fun staff & guides, to the fun zips, to the views from the trees, the whole experience was amazing!

This was so much fun! They are very good with making you feel comfortable and confident so you can just enjoy it. Lots of facts about the forrest and nature and you get to zipline between redwoods! We had some one is our group who was scared of heights and Paige and Terrence (our guides) were very patient with her... More

I did not have any business being so many feet up in the trees but I was so blessed to have an awesome duo of tour guides Keith and Kaylin. It was scary to be so high up but they were so professional, understanding and entertaining. They had such energy and though I probably won't do this again... I have... More

The staff and the experience were great. I took 3 teen boys and 5 adult women for my birthday celebration. We had folks who were nervous about the height, but the instructors really made us feel comfortable. I have already recommended this to several people.

I'm a bit afraid of heights, perhaps more than most, but the guides helped me through the course and I felt safe. The park has tall redwoods, they may not be the oldest, but impressive none the less. They are generally booked days in advance, but if you're a party of one, they will work to fit you in. There... More
