Just cannot say enough about this experience and the people that guided us. Most of us have some sort of "fear of heights", right? Well, this will help cure you! Our guides were Terrence and Amanda...both wonderful, calm, encouraging, patient and most of all, experienced. This endeavor involves 8 zip lines, 2 sky walk bridges and a 60' rappel. My... More

I love adventure travel. I've been to Machu Picchu, Peru. I've done horseback riding expeditions through Patagonia. I've visited the pyramids of Chitzen Itza and Teotihuacan. So when my buddy gave me a couple of passes to go zip lining through the redwoods at Sonoma Canopy tours for Christmas, I was a little skeptical. Was it going to be thrilling?... More

So much fun. Never felt unsafe. The guides were patient and very nice! I am afraid of heights but did not have a problem here. You can't take a camera unless it has a strap. We bought the one they take of you - kind of grainy but cheap and good enough. No complaints AT ALL. Would come again. Outhouses... More

I was looking for something adventurous to do with my 2 teenage children and husband - something that we would all remember - and this was JUST the thing to do. I am majorly afraid of heights - but was assured that we would be tethered at all times and that safety came first - and it did. It was... More

This adventure was amazing. Not for the faint of heart, but a wonderful experience none the less. If you love the redwoods it's a wonderful place to be, you're engulfed in the trees, swinging from tree to tree. The guides are great, I got a little nervous because if the certain terminology they used, but that's part of their "act",... More

The Canopy Tours were awesome. You zip line from tree to tree, each line getting longer and faster until you get to the 800 ft long zip line going pretty fast. The guides were very nice and upbeat and joked around. In all, it was a very fun and exhilarating field trip.

Every Thanksgiving my family heads to Sea Ranch for some quiet time together. This no longer holds much interest for my teenage son. So, this year, we detoured to Occidental for a two nights, enticing him with the promise of a zip line tour. The Sonoma Canopy Tour did not disappoint. Our guides Jacob and Donna were fun, and very... More

A friend took me here for the zip line tour, which lasts about 2-2.5 hours. The guides were young but very knowledgeable and followed very good safety rules. The groups are maxed out at 8 people which was perfect.Unfortunately it was raining when we went, but didn't really deter from the experience and the awesome views of the mountains. I... More
