We were at the location in Healdsburg. Order sandwiches and ate outside patio. The sandwiches were delicious. Very fresh! You can also buy , cheese, wine, etc. Wish there was a place like this in my hometown. more

Store had a nice country feel and was conveniently, but not worth the wait or prices. Sandwiches were overpriced and not very good. We actually got two sandwiches and threw them out after a few bites. Staff is pretty rude as well, they get a lot of traffic due to their location in Oakville and treat their customers accordingly. We... more

The Grocery is wildly popular with groups getting food and wine for picnicing in and around the valley. The Grocery has a lovely location and is iconic in its design. Nevertheless, the food is expensive relative to any big city in the US and you could probably get as nice a lunch in Yountville or otherwise for less money. The... more

A great spot to visit. They have all you need make it though a long day of wine tasting. The only problem is if you go in at the tail end of sandwitch service, they run out of products, like roast beef, or bread! But i go here for every one of my napa trips. more

Everyone recommened this place so we stopped here for lunch on our first day in Napa Valley. It is a really quaint place and had a very broad selection of local products as well as lots of choices of cheeses, meats, breads, etc. Definitely something for every palette. For lunch, my husband and I each got a sandwich as well... more

We stopped here while visiting wineries to pick up some sandwiches for lunch. Based on the reviews I was expecting fabulous sandwiches but I have to say we were not impressed. Our sandwiches were extremely dry and barely had anything on them, I ordered the Turkey with cranberry and you could barely tell there was anything on it other than... more

Though the store is too small and therefore becomes crowded and too busy (you are sure to either get elbowed or a basket bumped on you) for many tourists and locals getting a bite. But the food and sandwiches are worth it. Sandwich is large enough to share, and then choose your favorite cheese or experiment with a new one.... more

Stopped here to pick up picnic lunch on a sunny day in April. Our group ordered various sandwiches and picked up chips and desserts. We tried a turkey pesto, blt with avocado, and more. They were good sandwiches and the price was reasonable for being in the middle of napa valley. The desserts were delicious! more

Delightful staff offereing food that was flavorful and quick to order. Oakville grocery makes a great stop for a variety of quick eats while touring the wineries. The homemade desserts were a welcomed end to a beguiling meal. more

We ordered a picnic basket from Oakville Grocery about 4 days in advance to be prepared for lunch for 2 on Monday, August 22. I had requested a very simple picnic consisting of cheeses, crackers, breads, one serving of smoked salmon, fruit salad, and simple chocolates. I informed the caterer that I was on a budget, and would like to... more
