Robert Mondavi is one of the most popular destinations we feature on CellarPass and has to be on everyone's "first" list when you want to learn everything about wine production. We recommend that you book the Signature Tour & Tasting experience.

We missed the last tour. So we just went for wine tasting and ordered cheese plates. We sat outside, enjoyed our wine and cheese and the breathtaking view of the vineyards. Very nice facility!

My friend and I were fortunate to jump into a tour just before it was setting off. For a very reasonable $20 we set off on a guided tour with nine other visitors. We started with a wine tasting and an explanation of the best way to fully enjoy a tasting. As this was our first visit to Napa we... More

Had a great time on the twilight tour, small group with an empty winery as it had shut to the public. Informative and lots of wine! A perfect combination. Great value for money. We we're left on the terrace enjoying the wine watching the sunset. An absolutely perfect evening.

I did the Signature tour and tasting and it was a great winery tour for a 1st timer in Napa. I was very pleased with the explanation, tour and tasting. I also did the Chandon tour (that was fabulous), but Mondavi´s tour is more illustrative. If you can do both tours.

The tour guide was very informative and passionate which made the tour great! Toured and got info about the vineyards, processing etc. The best was of course, the tasting!

We had time for only one wine tour and tasting, and between this one, Chandon, and Beringer, we decided to go with Mondavi through recommendations. We booked our tickets about a week in advance. When we drove up you can tell the property is well taken care of and everything looks nice. We were a bit late for our Signature... More

A pleasant experience was marred by the fact that we had to pay $20 for individuals under the age of 21-the same price as adults who could taste the wine. Other wineries we visited, for example, the Francis Ford Coppola estate charged half price for individuals who were not tasting. The manager Kevin, was totally disinterested when our concerns were... I enjoyed the tour throughout the grounds and learning more about Robert Mondavi and his family. The unoaked chardonnay is my absolute favorite. We had a great host. She taught us the proper way to sip and enjoy wine. The gift shop is great. I bought a beautiful book on Napa "Napa Valley: The Land, The Wine, The People" and... More

Lovely landscape. Traffic in town is very slow/comes to a complete stop at times so don't plan on making any tastings if you're crunched for time. Showed up prior to 5 pm closing but they close tastings and activities earlier.
