This is the man that started it all to make Napa Valley "famous!" This winery is right on Highway 29 at Oakville, and along the tracks of the Napa Valley Wine Train. Well laid out parking area for Coaches and RV's as well. The winery is set up in a plaza style with multiple rooms off various courtways, all covered,... More

Was shown around the vineyard and winery by a very knowledgeable guide - along with tasting some great wines at the end of it. Beautiful surroundings, great weather, awesome company and stunning wines...

It was our first wine tour and tasting experience and I was not disappointed... Being a hospitality student its one thing to hear yr teacher talk about it and anoter to see it yourself.. Our Guide was very informative and cleared any doubts... Even my dad who was reluctant to come ended up enjoying it as well and also bought... More

How can you go to Napa without visiting the great Mondovi winery. It's a beautiful estate with such a vast area of beauty and let's not forget about great wines to taste. No rushing here, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the tasting and beautiful estate.

A very informative tour of the estate and winery in brilliant sunshine, although it did feel a little military in pace to get us through and out into the gift shop. Wines selected were interesting. Food appetisers scaled back from previous visit, possibly for cost cutting. All in all a good way to spend a couple of hours.

This is a large winery that exports to a lot of other countries. They have a large selection of Reds and Whites. They have a nice wine tasting room with lots of variety They... More

We started our first tour of Napa Valley by coming here and experiencing the tour. It was well organized and informational. The wine was decent. The main thing was seeing how they make wine, seeing the oak barrels, and the vineyard. Well done.

This was suggested to us as the first winery we should visit because the basic wine education you get here preps you for the rest of your trip. The tour of the grounds and winery is beautiful and builds a basic foundation for understanding wine making - our tour guide, John, was great and answered all our weird questions. After... More

Learn how Napa Valley became legendary and the detailed process of wine making here. The vines all around you are breathtaking in this architecturally enriching guided tour of the winery. It concludes with a formal sit-down tasting. Very cool experience and one of the best wineries in Napa Valley!
