Great place for a party!

Went to a private party here and it was lovely. The site is perfect for a private event. Very nicely done, open and inviting.

There was three exhibits going on and they were both interesting. We also happened to be there on Friday, which is free day, so you can't beat that. I'm unsure if they have permanent exhibits.

If you have only a limited time in the LA area, head south to this museum. The plaque by Richard Jackson's sculpture out front of a dog peeing on the museum set the tone for me: "...Jackson unleashes on the propriety of art museums and the often-elitist attitudes of the art world...". I wish I'd had more than two hours... More

I took my 12-year old brother and we both enjoyed it. Although small, there were some gret pieces of art. It didn't take us long to wander through the entire museum.

We visited the Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) and had a blast. We went to the museum on Free Second Sunday for families. There was three family activities to engage and teach the kids about the featured art exhibition. The featured art exhibition was Sarkisian & Sarkisian. It only took us 30 minutes to walk the museum. There was... More

The Orange County Museum of Art is a smaller museum that houses modern/contemporary artwork. It is close to Fashion Island. The exhibits won't take you more than an hour or so to view. The admission price is $12 which I think is a lot for this museum. While we were there, we viewed the creative work of father and son... More

I decided to swing by the Orange County Museum of Art on a Saturday after learning that the “Sarkisian & Sarkisian” exhibition was going to close in a week. It had been ages since I visited (hadn’t even been to this building) and I’m glad I checked it out. The OCMA building sits in the midst of a substantial office... More

This museum is tucked away in Fashion Island. You can easily go through the exhibits in less than 1 hour. There are interesting exhibits like bones with threads. My daughter and I enjoyed our time looking at everything.

A delightful intimate museum with thought provoking exhibits. Truly enjoyed our time at the museum. Looking forward to returning. Also loved the Dog Sculpture on the outside of the building...hilarious!
