We rented the largest villa they offer, the four bedroom four bath villa for a friend's bachelorette weekend. The Coliseum pool was nice but the wait staff were really slow to take orders or bring our food and drinks. I highly recommend if you're staying at the villas to just use the beautiful villa pool. The rooms were great and... More

Too bad that I had to cut my trip short and I was only able to get in one round. The course was in much better shape than it was in July. Although the North was aerated about a week or so before, it had recovered nicely. Probably one of the best rounds I had. As always the staff was... More

Excellent food, outstanding service, and a sophisticated atmosphere are always delivered at Pelican Hill Grill (located at the golf club). Lunch or dinner here is always a perfect dining experience.

First time playing here. The views from both courses are stunning. The North course is more scenic (ocean views) and thats the one we played. We got a caddy for the two of us ($35pp plus tip) and he was well worth the money especially if you have never played the course. Great course, could be in better shape for... More

My husband is the golfer, but he loved this course. It is beautiful and they treat you like a king--or queen. It is pricey.

This is a great course but it is expensive. $250 to $300 per round. Course was a little dry as the weather in Southern California has been extremely dry this past year.

Our group of 12 physicians do a annual golf tour and have been doing that for 10 yrs and have been to the classiest and best resorts in the US including pebble. Bandon. Koehler etc. Nowhere have we experienced such rude, uncouth, classless service as the staff in pelican hill. We played both courses which were in fine shape but... More

I'd played the South course before but finally got to play the North course- 1 word, awesome! The course is in great shape. The views are stunning. The holes are difficult but achievable. A must play!

Golf club operations run smoothly, from driving in to drop clubs off to getting the round started. Was disappointed in the only putting green closed for my three days and no practice bunker/chipping area. Views from course beautiful and course in great shape. Would have expected faster greens. With caddies rounds gets fairly expensive. Played four times, twice on both... More

North course has better views, longer play and personally preferable. South course is worth visit for out of town visitors as there are a few holes down by the beach. Nice 19th hole choices.
