I found the Wine Lab through a friend who lives near it. It's a great fun experience to "wine taste" in their shop. This small but quaint wine bar is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening exploring your taste buds. The Wine Lab's cozy yet modern environment lends itself nicely for a great date setting. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there and enjoyed tasting the "Over the Top Reds". I discovered this place by driving by it on PCH. It looks so intriguing, nestled into a building that looks like a ship from up the hill at the hospital where I work.
