We left the harbor at 0' dark thirty and made bait just outside of the jetty. Luckily bite sized Mackerel were plentiful and we filled up the bait tank quickly. It was off to the islands we went in chase of Yellowtail. While crossing the channel, which looked like glass, a crew member spotted a Mako shark lurking the surface.... more
