Drink awesome wines and learn why the barrel makes a difference. Randy gave us a great tour and he was a lot of fun.

Ok, if you love style and higher end wines this is the place you want to try. The cave keeps the same temperature all year long, the barrel selection is amazing and the difference the barrel type (lightly smoked, versus "blackened") makes to the same wine and grapes is stunning. Del Dotto is not applying pressure, but just gravity to... More

They were able to squeeze in our group of 6 at the last minute and it was so worth it. We found a few wines that ended up being our favorites. Tastings of delicious wines straight from the barrel. The atmosphere was soo cool in the caves. Lots of interesting information. The only negative I had was at the end... More

This is the only place that served the wine straight from the barrel. The tour guide was informative and funny. You definately get your money's worth. I think we tasted at least ten wines, the most of any tour, which is in caves making it cool and comfortable

I've been here twice which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 0. The first time we went here we were put in a group of ladies that were previous clients. They paid extra for a special tasting of more expensive wines but at the time we didn't realize there was a difference. The experience was... More

The tasting was a little pricey at $60 but was worth it. The tastings were directly out of the bottle and we tasted about 6 wines. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the wine was fabulous.

We did the barrel tasting cave tour at Del Dotto and we enjoyed the experience. It was a much different experience than other tastings we did while in Napa and it was nice to not be standing at a counter. The wine guide was very knowledgeable about the wine making process at Del Dotto and was very generous with the... More

Our appointment was for later in the day after a couple of other fabulous tasting experiences. Shortly after we had commenced our tasting, some loud invasive music began to drown out the conversation with our server, who informed us the owner had arrived and cranked the music, it felt like we were being moved on. The winery staff began setting... More

It's always fun to go through the caves and taste futures as they are aging. It may seem like their "tasting" cost is high but when you are done you'll understand why. Love to take guests here - but be careful driving home. A DD is always a good plan!

Here you are tasting right out of the barrels. A marvelous interior with marble columns and great artwork. This tour is well worth the price(60.). The pours are numerous and generous. No rushing here but informative and helpful. At the end a marvelous cheese platter and wood fired pizza as a bonus.
