My wife, daughter, and her friend were visiting wineries in Napa to do tastings. We were driving along Silverado Trail stopping randomly at what appeared to be interesting Vineyards. Luna was a little pricey. but that was not the problem. Our poor began to lecture my daughter and her friend about being self-sufficient and how they should not mooch off... More

I went to Luna on a recommendation made by my boyfriend. You would think going to a winery alone could be a bit of a drag, but it was not. There was a lot of discussion and interaction among all of the visitors and the tasting room personnel. I got to meet the CEO as well as the wine maker.... More

Being close to the down of Napa it is one of the first place you come across as you head up Silverado Trail from Napa making it a great first stop. Luna has several wines to taste including some of my favorites Sangiovese and Cabernet and Petite Syrah. I liked all of the wines. I liked the tasting room too.... More

My husband and I stopped by Luna Vineyards on our recent trip to Sonoma/Napa, and it was a pleasant experience. There are three different types of tastings, depending on how much you want to spend. We opted for the $20 tasting. When we arrived a small table with two chairs was waiting for us in the gorgeous tasting room. It... More

I would definitely try the A. Crisp Chardonnay. Definitely worth the stop. Many other boutique wines, each with distinctive flavors. Liked many of them. Friendly staff, great outdoor patio

This was our last stop in the Napa area on this trip to Napa...and it was well worth the stop. The only Pinot Grigio and pure Sangiovese we found this go round...so good we purchased 2 of each. We could only imagine the beauty of this location later on this year when all is green. Yes, the wine ambassador is... More

When in Napa Valley, be sure to stop in and visit Luna Vineyards. We had reserved a wine tasting at Luna prior to our arrival in Napa. The Luna wine ambassador, Kathy O'Neal, met us with a warm and friendly welcome and provided a nicely personalized wine tasting experience. Along with the great tasting selection of wines, Kathy offered a... More

Stopped here simply because it was first winery we came too. Wines were definitely drinkable. Hostess was well informed and not pushy at all. But with so much to see AND DRINK in Napa, why settle for "drinkable"?

Our host was very informative and entertaining. The wine was good, but not outstanding. No gift shop...shame on them. If you have more than 2 days, add this Silverado Hwy winery to your list.

I think we are spoiled in Napa with so many wineries and vineyards to stop off in. We went here as part of a 4 vineyard tasting day, so you couldn't help but compare- Prices are the same across all - $15-25 - the acoustics inside the tasting room made it very difficult to hear what our guide was saying...
