Nice redone old theater. Small venue, so all seats have good view. Has a good assortment of live music and comedy shows. It is located in downtown Napa. It was fairly easy to find parking.

This venue is fantastic! Not a bad seat in the house...small enough that you can clearly see the performers and great acoustics for sound.

What a great experience! We saw an excellent Chris Isaak concert in this intimate theater, neat and clean with seat cup holders and decent sized aisles. The restrooms were adequate size for the theater, something women don't often see in theatrical venues. We will return often as this was a great experience!

We say Rich Robinson, I think is his name, Was in the Black Crowes I think. There were 2 bands that played before him that were of the caliber of a High school musical try out. Rich seemed to play the guitar well, but the music didn't really have a beat. He wanted everyone to stand up and dance, was... More

Our tour guide knew his business and answered all questions asked of him. The wines weren't bad either.

The Uptown Theatre is a great addition to Napa Downtown. The venue stars many big name entertainers in a comfortable and well appointed theater. The acoustics are very good and the floor plan allows for great viewing no matter where you sit.

Saw Gregg Allman at the Uptown. This is a majestically restored movie theatre, wide aisles and not a bad seat in the house. We ate before we went to the concert but really wished we hadn't. There is a Cafe in the theatre that is reasonably priced and looking at people's plates, it looked good. This venue actually Encourages drinking... More

Wonderful venue... Great food and drink value. The sound board on Saturday did a terrible job. When a retired Music Professor made a suggestion to improve sound quality she was threatened with being thrown out by a wanna be biker looking thug. Cooler heads prevailed. An unfortunate stain on a wonderful weekend of music and entertainment.

So sorry your show experience was tainted by your interaction regarding the sound. Unfortunately that evening the sound board was controlled by Los Lonely Boys sound engineers. We are very proud of our sound quality as evidenced by the many comments and reviews all favoring the sound quality at Uptown.. Even better yet, our sound staff are so highly desired,... More
