Have always had a good time bellying up to the wine bar here, with or without music. Friendly staff, servers, locals, or tourists - lots of laughs, fine wine, and good conversation. John is especially helpful with wine or restaurant recommendations and "in-the-know" tales about the Valley. Tastings or wines by glass are available. We're partial to the Carducci Pinot... More

We were dining across the street at Gott's Roadside in the Oxbow Market and I couldn't take my eyes of this little house on the corner with the doors and windows open with the jamming tunes coming out of the living room. I figured it was a dive bar. I said to my wife that I would regret it if... More

We stopped by as our bed and breakfast has a free tasting card, John was a gracious and knowledgeable host, Gave us restaurant suggestions, some Napa history. and a few novice suggestions as to wines we might enjoy This was our first experience at a tasting bar and was extremely comfortable and unpretentious.

So...we didn't actually purchase anything, but, a few notes on our experience here: We got a free tasting coupon at Uncorked from our hotel. The sign outside read "Tastings Available". Therefore, we assumed that we could get a tasting. Well, there were live bands that evening and upon our entrance we were told the were no tastings. (Side note: at... More

We were recommended to Uncorked at Oxbow by Rebecca Capp of Capp Heritage Vineyards, another tasting room a bit further up the road, but for some reason not here on TripAdvisor. Anyways a visit to Uncorked is well worth your time! Our host for the afternoon was John and he is super friendly and very knowledgeable and proud of the... More

A friend and I wandered in Uncorked on a particularly hot Sunday afternoon, and had a wonderful time tasting several wines. We were the only ones in there (likely due to the heat), and the man who served us was funny and easy to talk to. He knew a lot about his wines and wine in general, and offered us... More

We got a coupon for a free tasting for two from our hotel, so we thought we would give it a try. Christopher Robbins, our host, was a great guy. We saw he had a guitar behind the bar and we asked if he played. He brought it out and started to play some old rock. Our nephew is a... More
