We are by appointment only. Please call (707)252-VINE(8463) to inquire about our experiences. The cost is $40.00 per person. We regretfully are not permitted to have anyone under 21 years of age nor allow any pets on the premises. Our award winning wines come from our 40 acres in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. From grape growing to bottling, the entire winemaking process is managed at the estate. The vineyards are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Our wines are sought after by collectors and have received many awards, including a recent 96 point score for our 2012 Unrestrained Reserve Bordeaux Blend.

Imagine sitting in the backyard of the Owner's Estate and being personally waited on for 2-1/2 hours by a very knowledgeable wine ambassador. Imagine being served actual glasses of wine when tasting different varietals vs. barely receiving enough wine in your tasting glass to gather an impression of the wine you're sampling. Visit O'Brien Estate Winery and enjoy both fantastic... More

Ok..so first. Steve was amazing. Very knowledgable of the wines and vineyard. But he was so amazing and nice. Very friendly. The wine was great. But the laid back and low key atmosphere makes this place. Amazing. Go here. Ask for Steve.

Very personal with nice setting and great wine. Luis helped us plan the rest of our trip! Loved all his recommendations! In retrospect I would have liked to have seen more of the place but it was a relaxing beautiful afternoon

A lovely family owned winery. Lovely sitting outside among the vines. Great wines. Interesting place to go to, I found the wines on the expensive side to buy, Tasting $40 pp which I find is way to expensive.

This is the most unique experience you will find. You basically sit out by the vineyard on comfortable chairs while the serve you wine, cheese & crackers. What could be better! The wine was excellent and their service even better!

My husband and I made a reservation and visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted right away with a wine taste and introduced to Julio. He took us from the tasting room to the vineyard (everything is really close) and offered that we find a spot to relax amongst the patio furniture, tables, and benches. We chose a picnic... More

This was our very first Napa Valley winery to visit ever. We were not disappointed. Julio gave us the details of the vineyard and the wines. He was friendly and made us relaxed during our time there. I would have happily spent the day sipping wine and talking with friends. I recommend this estate vineyard to everyone. PS the no... More

What a wonderful jewel we found. We were in Napa for a family B'Day celebration. Our first stop of the day was at O'Brien's Estate. We were met by the team and then we were one on one with Julio, who was fantastic. O'Brien's only takes appointments and now we see why. The one on one with their people with... More

By far the best winery we visited while on our trip to Napa Valley. Very laid back and romantic. You do the tasting at YOUR pace. No pushy wine membership offered either. Will definitely return. We had the best 100% Merlot during our tasting. Be sure you make a reservation a couple weeks in advance!!!

This was our first stop on our Napa trip. Very laid back and personal winery. Sat in a lush yard with lawn chairs and tasted wine and some cheese. We were allowed to walk up and down the vineyard. Followed by a quick tour of the small winery. Great wines and Steve was awesome!!
