Artesa was full of surprises. Right at the entrance is a modern sculpture, which seems out of place till you climb a few stairs to reach the landing where a compelling architecture with an intriguing use of water and steel greets you. Lift your sights and there is this 360-degree panoramic view. Walk inside and you may be forgiven for... More

This winery was absolutely breathtaking, and had such a unique structure to it. Once inside, Freddie was our server, and was very friendly and helpful with the tastings. We split two tastings, and had very generous pours. We really enjoyed all their wines, this was the favorite of the day.

This out-of-the-way winery is SO worth the visit. Apparently a lot of others feel the same, since the place was packed the day we went. Unbelievably beautiful place, with art everywhere. The wine is awesome! We tasted whites, reds and bubbly. All were super. Tried to join their wine club, but because I live in a stupid state (Alabama) they... More

This was our first stop of the day & it proved fabulous! The grounds, the art, the staff and the wines were all wonderful. I highly recommend!

A secret gem in Napa is Artesia winery where your wine tasting experience is greatly enhanced by the scenery from high on the mountain, the remarkable modern architecture of the building perfectly placed inside the mountain, the exquisite fountains, cool art from their artist-in-residence, a mystical wind that is always blowing, and last, but not least, the friendliest reception I've... This winery is built into the hills and certainly unique. The views from the grounds are beautiful - I recommend being around in the later part of the day as the light softens. The winer pourers are knowledgeable and often throw in an extra or two in the tasting allowing you to try some of the more exclusive bottles on... More

Artesa is a winery that privileges beauty all around, from the wonderful art pieces decorating its walls and spaces, to the actual building and of course its location. This is an incredible view point of the Napa valley and you are into photography this is a must stop.

We try to visit Napa about once a year and make it a point to start every day here. The pourers are friendly and not over-bearing. The grounds and views are un-matched, and the sparkling is delicious. It's a bit out of the way, but that keeps the throngs of toursits away - plus you can always swing by the... More

When you wind through the vineyards and arrive at Artesa Winery you are already on a "beauty overload". It is then you see the winery in the distance you KNOW you are in for a real treat. Built into the hillside, the architecture is compelling but the use of water and glass offers more intrigue. Then there is the view,,,the... More

Artesa offers a variety of themed tastings and tours and for something different we reserved the Art & Wine pairing. It was phenomenal! They have an "in house" artist and were given a PRIVATE tour with the art expert and the wine expert. Turns out the Art expert is the artist's "LOVER" as she stated! It was so neat to... More
