Even if you just stop by to take in the grounds you should. Just a really nice place to see and visit. There are lots of stairs! I opted for the tasting on the patio. It was pricey at $30 but i enjoyed sampling the different sparkling wines and sit on the patio and enjoy the peaceful views. I really... More

Beautiful architectural building large enough to serve many patrons with indoor and outdoor seating. Felt like a restaurant rather than a winery. Having said that, there are four tasting options, Sparkling, red, chateau and grand samplings from $30-$40. We got the grand sampling and cheese plate. Was delicious. Worth the stop.

The patio tasting area is perfect! It's like a little spot of France in American wine country. The sparkling flight seemed pricy at $30, but the pours are VERY generous. The cheese tasting plate was yummy as well. Our server was knowledgeable and nice -- never pushy. We joined the club and are looking forward to our first shipments!

We enjoyed a late afternoon wine tasting at Domaine Carneros. It is a beautiful property and the wine was really good. We were able to try quite a few different sparkling and red wines and really enjoyed a couple (La Reve and Blanc de Noirs). The location is truly beautiful and makes for a great place to do some wine... More

Staff were a little snooty on the day we visited. Unable to get service on an uncrowded Tuesday afternoon. Having been seated for 15 minutes without acknowledgement, we left.

The grounds are gorgeous and views are to die for, however the service received wasn't up to expectations for a Napa icon.

We shared the sparkling and pinot noir tastings. I'm not a huge sparkling fan but I really liked the Pinots. We enjoyed that it was all poured for us in advance so we were able to do the tasting at our own pace, although you do lose out on the interaction with the server some. Also we hadn't made reservations,... More

This place looks like Bruce Wayne's manor, but in Sideways. And just like that concept for a movie, this place is awesome. Since they're owned by Taittinger (who is French (meaning if they do one thing well, it's champagne))), we tried the sparkling wine sampler for $30. Every sample was generously overpoured, and our waiter followed up with another two... More

The property was amazing and our server was very helpful. Not a big fan of the sparkling wines. The Pinot's were really good. Didn't like paying $30 for a styrofoam shipping container after buying $100's in wine.

Beautiful grounds with a wonderful view. You can do private tours or just do a patio tasting like most people chose to do. You are seated on the patio outisde and the waiter will bring out whatever wines you have chosen to taste. So yummy, left here with two bottles and would love to come back given the chance.
