Beautiful setting for a great tasting. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned about the process of making sparkling wines. We tasted about 6 wines and all were great.

We took a tour with Al and it was funny and informative. Al knew everything about everything and the wine was delicious. Excellent!

One of the first wineries we saw as we drove from Sonoma County into Napa County was Domaine Carneros, sitting like an elegant exclamation point along the highway. Established in 1987 by the Taittinger Champagne house along with some American partners, Domaine Carneros is known for its sparkling wines (and more recently, its pinot noirs). Sparkling wines use the same types of... this sounds sad - I visited Domaine Carneros on my own! Admission over and I won't do it again as on my previous two visits I had always brought a guest, as this place is something you need to share with people - friends, colleagues, family and loved ones. Maybe I have been blessed, but each time it has been... More

Great time, great wine. Recommend the grande tasting (two sparkling, two Pinot noir) alongside the sparkling wine cheese tray. I couldn't leave without picking up a case of sparkling 'extra brut'. Be sure to try.

Romantic winery to go to. Buy a magnum (or several) and try a flight of the sparking wine. The view was gorgeous, the wine delicious, and it was well worth the visit!

The French Chateau sit high up on a hill, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. It's vineyards start at the foot of the steps and move out for miles. The tasting room also offers views that are spectacular. It can be busy but the later hours are less crowed. A great way to start an evening, wine tasting... More

This was my first visit to Napa, and what a visit it was. We sat outside overlooking the gardens and the properties surrounding the area. I love champagne and now I know why I do. Our host explained the bubble factor ( I never knew ) and explained every glass that we tasted. You will never be pressure to buy... More
