“Worst Company Service Ever”

This company only cares about the bottom line. They stuff so many people into their balloons you feel like sardines. Don't try to surprise anyone with tickets to this shady outfit unless you want to eat the cost of the tickets if your gift recipients cannot use them. Balloons Above the Valley is a selfish company with an ironclad "no refunds" policy.
