We wanted to take a tour of this winery but because of time constraints we were only able to stop for a relatively quick tasting on their terrace. The wine educator was informative and pleasant. The wines were tasty and the areas of the winery we saw were very attractive.

I stopped at this winery late last year on the weekend evening. It was crowded but remember the wines were very tasty. For a better tasting experience this time, I arranged a private tasting on the terrace. The host was good, not too chatty, and knowledgeable on the wine. I highly recommend visiting this winery during the week and in... More

Go to the website in advance and pick out a simple tasting or plan a private tasting with food. It is important to know how much time you will spend and enjoy (especially if you are paying a driver by the hours).

We stopped in at Pine Ridge for a tasting after Stag's Leap because it was in close proximity. I am glad we did. Our server was personable and fun and their Cabernets were yummy!!! We will definitely be drinking many more of their cabs in the future. We hope to come back for a tour one day.

A beautiful winery. Roses blooming all over the place, gorgeous grounds. Delicious wine. The cave tours are spectacular. Make sure to see the Cabernet Cave. Perfect for a private party.

We learned SO much on this tour while tasting really lovely wines. One of the better tours we've been on. You get to understand how they approach growing the vines, see where they process the grapes and then tour the underground cave storage area where it really starts to get interesting. Our tour guide (I'm so sorry that I can't... More

Have been going to Pine Ridge for many years and the wine quality has never been a question. In the past few vintages, the wines have seen a noted move higher. The Cabs are the stars, which you would expect being in Stags Leap District. The most recent vintages of both of the chards have been great as well. Pine... More

A little pricey for the tasting and the wines (if you buy one) but they were very good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and location was perfect. Learned a lot about the wine making process

Pine Ridge is getting a lot of good reviews but, quite honestly, we're not sure what all the big whoop is about. The wine was decent, but nothing spectacular, and WAY overpriced. I mean, WAYYYY overpriced in comparison to other like-size wineries. The staff was very uppity and stuffy, and it just didn't add up to all the hype. It's... More
