I suggested we head to Morro Bay & rent kayaks. Although there are rental places in the village, we choose the Kayak... More

Now he's hooked!! Morro Bay on a calm day is a wonderful spot for novice and experienced kayakers, alike. Experienced kayakers... More

We had a great time with the harbor seals, sealions, birds and box rays, one swam right under my kayak! Bring water and a snack if you dont take the lunch tour. Get a single kayak if you dont want to argue with your partner in a double. Our guide was very informative and nice. Somewhat streuous rowwing but not... More

I was on a trip with my mother, my son, and 13 other grandchildren with their grandparents (Elderhostel Road Scholar trip). The weather was perfect. The marine layer lifted around 8AM thankfully, and the temperature was the warmest it had been the whole week--a balmy 58 degrees. Pablo, our guide, versed us on how to use the paddle and took...
