This bike path is all about the views of Monterey Bay. It can get crowded so go early. Watch out for "Lance Armstrong Wanna be's" Some people should not be on the path....just sayin'. Otherwise a lovely ride.

I have been told by people from other countries that we have one of the most beautiful sea scrapes, parks and just all around gorgeous places on this earth. I agree Do a foot tour of the Peninsula, you will not be disappointed.

The trail was recommended to us by a local resident of Pacific Grove. What a treat! The views of the bay, ocean, and wildlife surpassed expectations. The trail meanders along the ocean with incredible views speckled with pink ice plants as the ground covering. We saw seals, sea otters, hermit crabs, etc.... We enjoyed the tide pools as well. Thank... More

This trail offers beautiful views as well as an off street ideal way to site see through the gorgeous coastal town of Montery, and beyond. Using Cannery row as a home base we Walked in both directions for miles and were never disappointed with the spectacular coastline.

This is a beautiful city/marine trail. You can go a long way and there are ocean views and town views and surprisingly, it is not too crowded.

You can walk or bike from one end of Monterey to the other. Absolutely beautiful walk, especially from Fisherman's Wharf area all the way to Lover's Point in Pacific Grove.

Magnificent views of waves crashing over rocks. Lots of birds, and an occasional otter. Sea lions barking and ice plant blooming. Lovely trails to walk. Bikers have a bike path.
