The bikes are super comfortable. Staff very friendly, they take you through where to go and the bike. My only reasons for not a five star rating is their maps could be more detailed. Some roads marked on map but not with the name. Also you can't return bikes after six pm. Which is abit early.

Well I rented a bike and it was good. Minimum 2hr rental applies. Useful stand right outside the Clement Monterey hotel entrance.

Was not at all happy. The seats were small and uncomfortable. The minimum is two hours, which might have been okay but after 10 minutes all three in my party were uncomfortable. We ended up taking the bikes up to Fisherman's wharf, about a ten minute ride, walked around and returned.
