This was probably one of my favourite visits of my 2 week trip across California. The beaches are stunning. Clean white sand. Depending on the weather and if you want to explore around at each point you stop at will reflect the time you spend there We had lovely warm sun when we went and we ended up being there... More

Is it worth the fee? Well I didn’t think so. You really don’t get to see much. Most things are behind private property signs or just not accessible. The beach drive is not spectacular there are better beaches along the highway that are free to stop at and take pictures. We have done it but would not do it again... More

It is a nice drive round 17- mile drive and there are 3 or 4 golf courses in this area including Pebble Beach. It will cost you $10 to enter this area but you get a discount in any of the golf pro shops. The clubhouse is fantastic the prices are not to bad.

It was a pretty drive, and it was interesting to see the famous Pebble Beach Golf Course. However, after seeing the breath-taking views near the Bixby Bridge, this seemed a little tame.

Growing up we used to do the 17-Mile Drive whenever company came to town. Now that I've had time to explore the area myself and take the drive again, I have to say it's kind of average. You can see many of the same sites driving around Pacific Grove and even better driving into Point Lobos State Reserve. The two... More

If you are in the area the 17 mile drive between Monterey and Carmel is a must. You pick it up on the coastal route out of Monterey and pay $10 to drive through but the views are spectacular. You might even see a few sea otters on your journey.

This is a drive that is fun to do once just to see what it's like. I don't think we would do it again. Took pictures of the Lone Cyprus Tree which is kind of cool. Unfortunately much of the area is behind fences and private property so we weren't able to take pictures of the 16th Hole at Pebble... More

The 17 mile pacific ocean drive is a very scenic one all along the pacific ocean. The tour is not one which has a lot to do but a tour just to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

This was well worth the money to look at the beautiful seascapes and golf courses! We really enjoyed the slow drive and pulling off to the side of the road to take lots of pictures.

Take the drive, spend the money and get out at every stopping point. Sunset is the best time to capture the golden hour.
