This was the most incredible whale-watching trip I've ever taken! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm a California-coast native, and still learned a lot from their talks on the way out to find the whales. The boat captain took us straight out to where the Humpback Whales were feeding, and we were rewarded with numerous sightings, and... More

The good: the crew was knowledgable and skilled. The captain got us out to where we saw multiple whales. The naturalist did a good job describing their behaviors. The deckhand was helpful, too. The bad: the Coast Guard may say that the boat could safely accommodate that many people, but it was WAY too crowded to be comfortable. It felt... More

We had a five year old rain check which they honoured no prob. We paid additional for top deck which is worth it if you can as better 360 view and easy to move from one side to other. Saw lots of humpbacks feeding and dolphins - wonderful! Will do again next time!

Had a couples weekend in Monterey and decided on a whale watching expedition. It seems as though Monterey Bay is a real hotspot for whales. Probably any of the companies would let you see the same whales. They all seem to stay together and have similar schedules. However here are a few things I really likes about Monterey Bay WW.... These guys did a good job of taking us to see whales, dolphins and other sea life. We spent about 4 hours out in the boat and saw 50-75 humpback whales. The guide was well informed, shared his knowledge and made the trip a great deal more interesting. It was fun being on a boat with folks from all around... More

From the moment we walked in to the last step off the boat they were wonderful! Saw lots of whales and other wildlife on the trip. The Captain and Marine Biologist were very wonderful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this trip.

My wife and I booked this trip months ago and I have been looking forward to it ever since. We were on a tour of California and we stayed in Monterey for 2 nights. The trip was everything I could have hoped for. We took some travel sickness tablets before we set off but I never felt even remotely queasy.... More

At least! A raft of sea lions fishing with two whales. Saw a breach, 3 chin slaps, & lots of tails! The whales came quite close to the boat. Risso's & common dolphins & birds. A naturalist on board to answer questions, explain behaviors. We took the morning trip, left at 10 return to dock about 1:30. It was a... More
