This was so amazing! We saw humpback whales and grey whales and some dolphins. The lady biologist who was leading the trip was so awesome, I wish I could remember her name. My fiance did get sick so did alot of other people but even though he was sick he still had a great experience. The tour guides are so... More

We took the afternoon trip that left promptly even in the suspect weather. The tour guides were very informative and enthusiastic even with the limited whale sightings & poor weather. The whales had us sailing all over the bay to get a good view of them, but when the boat got in position we had superb views with the whales... More

We took a 9am tour and saw sea otters and sea lions before we even left dock. The boat ride even on a calm day is likely to make you feel sea sick so take motion sickness pills. We saw two humpback whales and loads of dolphins. Greg, the accompanying biologist, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and really enhanced the... More

A cross between a Jaws and a Japanese Game Show whilst buckets of water were thrown at you! Great fun and plenty of pictures (if you set your camera to sports mode). One hand on the rail and the other on the shutter. Feet stabilising the ups and downs of the speeding boat ploughing through waves in pursuit of the... More

The office staff was rude, acting as though our questions were an imposition. We quickly walked away from this company.

My wife and I went on the 10am whale watching tour and had a great day. Crew were really helpful, informative and polite. We seen both humpback and grey whales as well as dolphins and plenty of sea lions! good day out & was worth every dollar. Just be aware of other people who get sea sick......

Took a morning trip and it was AWESOME!! Saw and photographed grey whales, Rizzo dolphins and a pod of 10 KILLER WHALES!! The crew was great circulating thru the passengers answering questions and educating us. The boat was safe and comfortable. It was faster than some of the others which was a benefit as we followed the killer whales. It... More

Folks working here seem to enjoy and have energy for the variety of persons and interest levels of guests that board the boat. The access to naturalists or marine biologists on board sets this operation apart as well. Nice little gift shop and snacks both at wharf and on board a plus. Patient with small children (and those we saw... More

This was our second trip with this company. The first was a year ago and was amazing. We saw 13 grey whales which some were so close you could see the barnacles, eyes -without binoculars. One surfaced so near the boat you could almost touch it. Other trips the same day did not see any whales. So of course being... More

We had a wonderful time whale-watching with Monterey Bay Whale Watch. The staff was great and took care of us - from the friendly office staff who greeted us when we walked in off the pier to sign up, to the knowledgeable and engaging naturalists and caring deckhands who passed out anti-seasickness candies on board. The naturalist spoke about the... More
