Such a great, huge playground for kids. A true gem. Our 5-year old son loved to make the entire family go down the rolling slide together. It's amazing that this is free. It was very busy on a Saturday, but all the families were having a great time together. They also have ball fields, a skateboard park, and paddle boats... More

I was going to be in the area with family and found this attraction online. Park was great. My 8/3/2 yrs old daughters had a blast. There was soo many things for them to play with. They have just about everything you could want at a playground. Multiple structures designed for kids of different ages. .several days and took dog to dog park to. thank you for the parking accessibility. Monterey is not affordable to park. $1.50 for an hour! So plan lunch accordingly or get a mean, expensive ticket!

When our kids were younger we would always go to Dennis the Menace Park. It is a great time. Bring some bread crumbs if you want to feed the ducks. Note: Parking may be a little tough so you may need to walk a bit. It is worth it though.

Good place for the kids to exert some of that penned up energy from traveling. But like any public place, you could have things in the sand that are left by others. Have them wear shoes, not sandals.

Our family of 8 wanted to find a place to eat and allow the kids to play. This was one of the best "random" stops we found. It wasnt planned, and didnt know about it. Amazingly, we spent a good 1-1.5 hours there. It was very clean, and even though there were a good amount of people and a baseball... More

My children had a great time. There are numerous kinds of things to play. There is a hanging bridge, a tunnel and a roller slide. This is located near a pond where there are water rides. Very recommended to families with energetic children. Or you can simply sit under the shade and just enjoy everybody having fun even mom and... More

Members of our family have been going here since THEY were kids. The park keeps getting better and better with each visit - upgraded playground equipment, add a climbing wall, all while maintaining the magical quality of the place. However, we were sad not to get to play on the real train engine on our last few trips. Yes, there... More
