What do you give a guy for his birthday that has everything.? You give him a Ghost Tour!!! I planned a birthday weekend trip at Monterey Bay with my husband and daughter. I wondered for things to do in the day and what to do at NIGHT. I came across 'Ghost Tour of Old Monterey' - this interesting and unique... More

I can't profess to be a paranormal expert, but I do love all things goofy, historical, and spook-tacular, particularly if a guide establishment can successfully manage to provide all three of these things at the same time. So I was pleasantly surprised to find myself flying through the dusky streets of Monterey in a modified trolley bus with ominous music... More

Having paranormal experiences happen to myself and my husband- this Ghost Trolley was a must to do on our vacation. Our guide and trolley driver was Gary, who was very informative and entertaining. We really enjoyed ourselves, and learned so much about some old Monterey's history and ghosts. I got some great photo shots of ghost energy orbs in some... More

This was a great tour. There was a lot of detailed history of Monterey, its buildings and people. Gary the tour guide was very knowledgeable, great with questions and really made a fun tour. This is an exciting tour and a great way to learn a lot about Monterey. If you are in the area, this is a must!

Took my family to Monterey. We were looking for something to do after dinner and found the Ghost Trolley tour. My family had a wonderful time and learned quite a bit of Monterey history. We also discovered great historical locations - like the old jail - which is open to the public during the day. Definitely something to check out,... More

There is a FREE trolley that runs between Memorial Day and Labor Day and it's great. Loops form Downtown Monterey to the Del Monte shopping center, The Wharf, and Cannery Row. the entire trip is 37 minutes. We had Lester as our driver, a very nice guy.

Great tour of a beautiful old town. I went on this tour with my family in March and I wasn't disappointed with the trip. I wish it wasn't raining but we were able to go to all the spots and Gary told great stories. Be warned this is not a trip for those that aren't able to walk far or... More

I booked this tour for my family earlier this year and it didn't disappoint. Gary has clearly done some great research into this great town, and he does a great job of places all the characters from the stories he tells. If your reading this and wondering if it's kid friendly, I'd say it mostly is, though be warned...Gary tells... More

This was one of the best parts of out trip to Monterey and I wouldn't hesitate to take the tour again next time I'm in the area. Gary was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city and the sites he took us to. We arrived a bit early to find him sharing ghost stories on his beautiful trolly to... More
