I loved the wale watching and the sceneries from Monterey to Carmel. Amazing, if you are driving. There are nice sceneries stop signs, if you have the time stop and enjoy.

The bike trail is awesome, wonderful attractions with a small town feel. Loved the John Steinbeck tour.

Just before the Carmel, it is a hiding beauty on the pasific coast. Love to visit the monterey bay, love to watch the whales and the seals and love to eat seafood at the marina. Marina is very crowded but not anousing. Before the Carmel, u should follow the monterey bay sign.

I have been making trips out here and have never been disappointed. Beautiful coastline, pristine water, gorgeous natural grounds, otters, seals, water fowl, deer, dogs, dog-walkers, families, singles, couples, young and old, weddings, joggers, waders, spearfishing, kayakers, divers, surfers, clean cool air and abundant sunshine. Land and sea at its best.

Whether you like to hike, tide pool, see a movie or a show, or enjoy a great sunset over a fine meal, the Monterey Bay is perfect. Never too hot or too cold, though we do get some fog and mist, it's ideal for the family or the loner. It's perfect for couples. I wouldn't live anywhere else...and have.
