Rode bikes down a great bike route, stopped their to eat and shop. Live music in weekends really livens up the area.

Great Place fun vibe, even on a Sunday places stay open late. We had dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. They allowed our puppy to dine with us.

Interesting sites to see and a little piece of history. Wouldn't devote a lot of time to this but a good stop while you are in Monterey. Can be seen really well from the boats if you take a Whale Watching cruise or go sailing.

We ended our trip in Monterey as we wanted to visit the aquarium before heading home out of the SFO Airport. There are so many things to look at around Cannery Row. Looking out to the Bay and watching all the sea birds, sea lions and otters is a great way to appreciate nature. Wandering around the old buildings and trying to imagine how it was during the cannery days pushes the imagination.

You'll get your fill of clam chowder - lots of restaurants providing samples of their versions. Happy Hour seems to be all day long. Great souvenir shopping.

I love Bubba gumps restaurant and the starbucks and all the cute little shops to go and explore.most of the restaurants are pretty good to eat at.The aquarium is the best attraction on cannery row.

Cannery Row was a bit of a disappointment in that seemed rather tacky and over crowded to me. I'm sure that my opinion is the minority due to the hords of people who jammed the area.

There are some good, and not so good, restaurants here along with the usual tourist tee shirt shops and other assorted items. Something for everyone - or no one!
