I can not say enough good things about this Aquarium. It's fun for all ages, There is a great area, showcasing the history of the area, as you first enter. The children's area is a good way to learn through fun and there are "hands on" areas you won't be able to stay away from. Make sure you watch the... More

My hotel offered two days for the price of one tickets the aquarium, and I'm glad they did. We spent a total of 12hours over two days at the Aquarium. The exhibits are phenomenal and the staff really take the take to talk to you, or in this case, a very inquisitive four year old. We loved the groovy jellys... More

We stumbled upon this place and it was a place full of locals, you could tell. I had the Belizean plate and being from Belize, I could tell it wasn't Belizean. In the first place, it had jalapenos and in Belize they only use habaneros. There were other little hints that let me know that my fish was not cooked... More

The Monterey Bay aquarium was amazing. You can spend the entire day there. If you a like me , you could spend the entire day just watching the Penguins, my absolute favorites.

We picked a rainy day to visit this much hyped attraction as had many, many others. Still it was worth it although I have been to better. These places are always better enjoyed when you have time to get up close and personal to the exhibits. At $39 an adult and $15 to park not too cheap either. Good family... More

It is a huge aquarium and lot of variety from tiny to giant creatures as well as various birds. Very educational for kids too.

We planned on spending a half day here but were so mesmerised that we ended up spending 7 hours. The sea otters' antic were enchanting, the jelly fish exhibit entertaining and psychedelic and the schools of sardines hypnotic. This is a fantastic, educational and well laid out attraction and suitable for for children aged 0-100.

The place is very well maintained and is a great place to spend a day. We spent close to 5 hours here. My kid (5 year old) had fun time looking at all the exhibits. We timed our visit so that we could see the otter and penguin feeding. It can be crowded and they do show the activity in... More

Well worth the trip down the coast from San Fran. Best aquarium I have seen. Far far better than the Bay aquariom in San Fran. Interactive aspects for you and especially the kids.
