I visited the baseball field for a friends work event. While the place is not large, it is definitely family friendly, and great for work parties. We were in the upper deck clubhouse, they served food, and beverages, and because we had two sections, one had alcohol and the other did not. I thought that was good, separating the alcohol... More

I love going to baseball games at John Thurman field. They offer a variety of food, not just hot dogs. Try a salad, bacon on a stick, a huge snow cone, or my favorite - funnel cake, with powdered sugar, strawberries, or chocolate sauce. The staff provide entertainment between innings with a variety of games, both for kids and adults.... More

I love attending the Nuts baseball games. The Nuts organization is so giving back to the fans. My experience at all the games that I have attended have been so much fun!

We've been to more than 25 major league ballparks. This was our first time at a minor league ballpark. Parking and seat prices are more affordable, and food prices are similar to MLB parks. It was fireworks night and the stadium was sold out, so good for the Nuts. Lots of cheesy promotionals between innings and an enthusiastic crowd, plus... More

Baseball as it's meant to be watched! This is the field that will remind you of every hometown game you've ever been to. I'm no fan of sports, baseball in particular, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere and fun here. I wish I could attend more games!

Clean and safe to bring your family. Good food, average prices. The fireworks were beautiful! A well run park the staff gets you involved in the activities.

Great place to watch a ball game. Easy access to Hwy 99 and lots of parking. The mascots are funny and the staff works to engage the crowds. The concessions....sadly, they are awful. Slow service and the food is average or below.

John Thurman is great for a family outing during the summer. Ticket prices for the Nuts (Colorado Rockies affiliate) are very reasonable. Check out their website first to find out when they will be doing fireworks after a game.

Get out to the park and enjoy some professional baseball. The Nuts are a high A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. The $5 parking is reasonable. The concession prices are reasonable and there is some really good baseball to be seen here. Many big league baseball players have played here on their way to the show. Many promotions to get discount tickets or... More
