Wow what a great trip. My teenage boys laughed at me when I told them we were going whale watching, they said we'll just sit on a boat for 3 hours doing nothing...they were so wrong and very happy about it. We started out seeing sea lions and dolphins and that was cool but then we would see "blow" in... More

This was our families second trip and we had as much fun this time as we did the first time! Three girls and one dad and we had a blast! Highly recommend this company. Great anglers, nice boat and very friendly staff.

Took some friends and 4 girls to their first fishing trip. All girls said they'll come back to another one. The crew is very friendly and very helpful to newcomers. The regulars are also helping and very friendly. Caught enough fish for dinner (extra fish are $1 each - which is a bargain for a super fresh fish). Everything is... More

Went out for the half-day "Whale Watching" trip last weekend. Boat wasn't crowded at all, thankfully. There's a free carpark on Dock 52 from where you also board the boats. A friendly but casual operation. There's a grill onboard for hot fast food offerings which looked good. Soda and water also on offer. Since it was off-migration season, spotted only... More

I went out on an afternoon half day trip. There were only 9 total anglers and I think the captain took this into consideration when we went out. We were only a few miles out and the fish that we caught were small. My 15 fish ranged from about 3" long (I have never caught a "deep sea" fish that... More

I can not recommend this fishing trip enough .My husband and I have literally just got off the boat and I couldn't wait to come on here and spread the word. Can I firstly say a big thanks to Steve and his crew for making it such an enjoyable trip. Now the boat, all us women hate the thought of... More

I am from Utah, but enjoy sportfishing whenever I am able. I decided to take my son (13) with me for the first time aboard the Spitfire for a 3/4 day bottom fishing trip on December 29, 2011. We found the boat clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There were 42 anglers on board and we brought in... More

We had never gone sporfishing before and found the crew to be extremely helpful. They made sure that our family learned how to use the fishing gear and had a great time doing it. There were also a lot of regulars on the boat as well.
