Ok course: not worth $$$

Ok course. Decent shape. Don't think it's worth $85 peak times, but oh well. I'd rather go further to Thousand Oaks for Tierra Rejada.

I've been to Malibu Country Club several times and love the challenges this course offers. The course is located high in the Malibu hills and it does get very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The best times to play are the spring or fall. Lots of rustic beauty, natural rock and boulder formations, a lake or... More

Had an enjoyable round on a fun track. The course was in great shape and I was paired up with good company.

Course fairways are shot, the drought condition has taken its toll. It took 2.5 hrs. to play 9 holes so we left early. No ranger, we had to load our own bags and the starter (Roberto) had a tip jar, didn't bother moving from his seat. Don't waist your time playing here, Stirling Hills and Moorpark CC are much better... More

Great golf club un superb shape. All greens are rolling true and the course is lush. Food and drinks are also good.

Like the course. Secluded in a valley in the Malibu hills. Course greens are fast and challenging. Bring extra balls. Nice wine bar and pasta dish in restaraunt. Dressy casual vibe. Outdoor band on Sunday. Music floated up the fairways. Cool.

We played the Malibu Country Club today and had the pleasure of meeting Glen Campbell as he was about to tee off. He was very gracious and quite friendly. So, the $80.00 green fees did not seem so bad after this start, The greens a very fastand if you hit above the hole, add two strokes to your card. Most... More

Course was challenging for the 30 handicap golfer but coudln't have had a better time. IT was bit pricey at $75 a head, but hey it was vacation. Greens were brutal, hard to read, not a flat spot on them!

Disappointing experience. The golf cart power is tied in with the added-on GPS and ours died repeatedly on the back nine when the GPS shut down. Need to have visible yardage markers on the course, not just on the carts - I walk the fairways when it is cart path only (front nine due to frost) Not fun! There were... More

We joined online, but it was $65 each on a Sunday afternoon (rack rate $100). Three stars for this visit; it would be 4 stars, but for the greens not being in the best shape (ok, but not great), no driving range (just the nets & not well done), and no cart beverage service on the back nine (only once...
