Beautiful vineyard with incredible wines and a wonderful staff. Loved the country vibe here and enjoying a glass of wine outside surrounded by greenery and horses frolicking freely just across the way. The tasting room is quaint and they are very generous with their pours.

I saw Sideways ... Actually have a long history with this winery, back when Fess was still around. When Eli was just cutting his teeth In the wine business, the quality of wine went way up here, then he branched out on his own and we followed him to Epiphany and some of the other wineries he had an influence... I went to the Fess Parker Winery with my buddy because we were both fans of his but we heard they have some good wine. Well, I have to say we had a blast. The server was a riot and we ended up buying some coonskin hats like Fess wore as Daniel Boone on TV. We enjoyed some very good... More

We have had several good experiences over the years at this tasting room and this visit was no exception. The excellent staff permitted us to deviate a bit from the published tasting program and we appreciated that. We enjoy their wines, particularly the Rodney Syrah and look forward to opening those we purchased.

Some of the wines are good, but overpriced. The servers always seem like they are doing you a big favor pouring their wine. Tasting fee is $12, Nicely landscaped grounds. Nice tasting room.

Very nice property with a great picnic area. Wine was average and had a good chocolate pairing with their wine. Very busy place but would go back with friends.

We stop by when we are in the area to get some of their Riesling, Ashley Chardonnay, and Port. Today they just happened to have their 2011 Riesling on sale for $99 a case and I couldn't resist.

The grounds that the winery/tasting room are on, are large & impressive. We enjoyed learning the history of the owner. What made it was the lady that we had for our tasting. She was so bubbly & so entertaining, how would you not sign up for the wine club- so we had to. What a fun place & the wines... More

We were hesitant to stop in after tasting in several more intimate tarting rooms but glad we did. Wish I could remember our server's name. She was so welcoming and bubbly and sincere about it. We stopped by the first counter nearest the front door. It was busy despite being a Tuesday, albeit the day before New Years Eve. It... More

The Pinot Noir from St. Rita Hills was excellent and so was the white chardonnay even though am not a fun of white wine-ended up buying and become a member...excellent wines and excellent service. Thank you James for those two wine glasses plus we ended up doing double tastings and paid nada since I bought 6 wines...
