Great store! Clean, well organized. Sufficient amount of employees to handle the Christmas rush. They were friendly and very helpful. They made sure I found the item I was looking for.

I went here for my birthday in April last year and we went into the cafe. The food was delicious and I can't wait to go there again! I have a doll named Victoria so we went there to get a outfit. EXPENSIVE! Everything is good except for the prices!

My daughter loved our recent visit! American girl is located at the grove which we loved as well. This store is a young girls dream come true. My daughter enjoyed exploring the store, having her picture taken, and choosing something special to bring home.

Difficult to review - should I review with my own eyes or those of my 7 yrs old? Mom's point of view is that both the store and the café are overpriced. On a summer week evening, the café was near empty (4 families). The food was OK. Appetizer was good, but the hamburger and pasta was bland and not... More

My husband and I took our granddaughter there for dinner at their café. It was a great experience, especially being located at The Grove. The café takes reservations and when you come in they give you 100% attention! The food was even good, for kids and adults. It was a great experience. Of course you will find everything American Girl... More

When my husband was asked what the highlight of our trip to Disneyland was, he stated "my trip the American Girl Doll Store with my family." There were no complaints about how long it took to get from the Anaheim resort we were staying at (almost two hours by car). He and my daughters were fascinated with all that the... More

I have been to this store 3 times since Christmas 2013. My daughters experience is always rated 5 stars. My experience is 3 stars at best. I spent over $$$ several times and didn't receive free parking. Not good. I have had too many issues with AG LA like a doll having destroyed hair after visiting the doll salon, purchasing... More

We live in Australia and this shop is what our daughter had been dreaming about for 6 months. Totally lived up to her expectations. Personally thought that the girls that do the dolls hair could be a bit more friendly especially since we paid $20 for the do which is a lot for a doll if you are asking me.... More

27 December 2013 . Tea booked . Late in getting us seated . Had ran out of black tea . So we ordered water, lack of communication on staff resulted in them bringing us hot water and milk for tea that they did not have . Embarrassing. No little cups for dolls bought to our table had to ask .... More
