My niece wanted two separate items; however they were out of stock. The store refuses to sell floor items. I was told it was against store policy to remove out of stock items from store shelves. So if you don't a disappointed child shop on line and stay far away this store.

Even though we were a few minutes late for the lunch seating, they still let us eat at the cafe. They let us borrow dolls to dine with, and they even brought lemonade in tiny cups for the dolls! The food was quite good, with options for kids, like pizza and mac 'n' cheese, and for adults too (we had... More

My daughter was 10 when we visited here. The staff was very helpful, especially in the personal shopping room. They helped her decide things which she truly wanted versus things that were so-so. Very sweet gals. The beauty salon staff gave my daughter's doll a lovely hairdo that was easy to maintain. All in all, a great experience. The store... More

I went to the American Girl Place in Los Angeles last week with my friend and her two daughters. It is a very large store with everything you could possibly imagine for American Girl doll lovers! We had lunch at the restaurant there. The food was kid friendly but they also had several adult entrees. They serve the food in... More

Growing up I'd always heard about American Girls on American TV shows but living in Australia we didn't have them. When my Dad went over for work once he got me Molly and I was thus interested in the historical girls. On my recent trip to the states I went out of my way to visit the store and my... More

Took our children there to get dolls and have dinner at the cafe. We left two hours for shopping which was way too much time. It took an hour to get two dolls, two outfits and a brush. We did look around and went through each room. The employees are helpful and make the experience pleasant. After, waiting around the... More

This wasn't our first trip to an AG store but our first time to the store in LA. The store was big, had great selections of dolls, accessories, movies and books and their dining area upstairs was huge! They had some items on clearance and were out of stock on some of the new items, of course the ones my... More

They have a cafe, hair stylists, and awesome opportunities to make your 4 year old daughter's day. If you've never been, you must experience it once and if you have a daughter, there are worse ways to spend the day...
