We saw a Friday night improv show. Very funny and enjoyable. The theatre is very small. I've been to Second City in Chicago several times. This show was at least as good. The tickets were only $10, making this one of the best deals in Hollywood.

Caught the 9:30 show at UCB last night. Love the small theater and the cast was fantastic. There is no better sketch comedy anywhere and for $5, what a bonus.

My son loves improv so we went to one of the shows. It was great. The cast was funny and came up with some really good material. It was reasonable for the price ishighly suggested for those who like comedy. However, there are some adult themes appropriate for younger kids. So be prepared to hear some salty language. Tip:there is... More

Our group went to see Bangarang! and it was hysterical. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good laugh. The tickets are very inexpensive so you may think it is going to be low quality. The venue is older but the shows are always fun!!! We were a mixed age group (19-58) and everyone had a great time!

This was our first time attending an event at UCB. We have heard great things about them, but we did not not much about them otherwise. We attended a Saturday evening ASSSCAT show. The parking is valet, and we have to line up outside the theater to enter, which was the worst part of the event. This was necessary to... More

Went to the Asssscat show on a Saturday night. $10 for a comedy show in Hollywood. Can't rally beat that. Unless you absolutely hate improv comedy you're bound to get a handful of good laughs. Get there maybe hour early to wait in line before show. They really pack people in, even some sitting at the feet of the performers... More

Had the best time celebrating my daughter's birthday here. She is a big fan of comedy and this was cheap, intimate, and hilarious!

Great, cheap entertainment. It can get crowded, so get there early and be ready to wait in line. Parking is a challenge, like most places in LA. A pretty intimate setting where you feel part of the show.

Great improv shows. I’d suggest the Facebook show, very fun. Reserve in advance! You'll still have to stand in line but you'll get in. I've also been to some of the panel ones, they are good too. This is a breeding ground for comedy actors and a fun thing to see in LA. In the little “Franklin Village” on Franklin... More

We went as a group and really enjoyed ourselves! The theater is super, super small but it lends a great ambiance. We saw the Guilty Pleasures show and although the crowd through out some pretty weak guilty pleasures, the crew took it to some pretty unexpected and hilarious places (sorting people's books ended up as selling artisanal pornography, amazing). They're... More

Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close.
