We've done a number of food tours in a number of cities and this just wasn't our favorite; not bad just not as good as others. We did the Pasadena tour. For starters, the group was rather large and that made it more difficult to be lead and more challenging for the guide to give us tips along the way.... More

I went on this tour Sunday, April 15, 2012. I loved it! There were 6 in the group and the guide was able to connect with each person individually. The restaurants were excellent choices as well. Food and variety of food were great. It was less walking than I expected; probably less than a mile all added up. Historical information... More

Went to 6 different places. It was a good mix of restaurants, tea shop, and bakeries. my favorite was the lesson in tea that came with the tasting. So much to learn! Sandra was a really great guide! More

Los Angeles Area is a Foody kind of town, so venturing out to Old Town Pasadena for a food tour sounded like a total no brainer. I was a little hesitant to attend because I thought, "What other food establishments in Old Town are you going to show me that I don't already know about?" Not expecting something totally different... More

As an LA native, I expected to learn not only about tidbits of Pasadena, but to be able to ask questions about the food scene in Pasadena and get a straight answer. Our tour guide only knew the little tidbits that she was probably taught to talk about and didn't know anything specific about the food scene in Pasadena. She... More

To make your trip more enjoyable, definitely wear comfortable shoes and wear sunglasses. My mom, aunts, and I brought a camera so we could take pictures of all the delicious food we were tasting. Although it was warm out in Old Town Pasadena, our very wonderful and patient guide Chang, showed us some local history as we strolled through the... More

I had a BLAST touring with Foody Field Trips! Our guide was HIL-A-RIOUS and the food was great! I love trying new things and considering the price we paid the value of this trip was fantastic! The only thing I would change is I wish we had more time to eat. I am a slow eater so I found myself... More
