I am a travel agent and always looking for interesting tours for my clients to take when they are traveling. Actually this tour was suggested by a friend whose house used to be a part of the tour. This tour made visiting LA much more interesting. The tour itself took us all around the LA area showing us where some... More

GREAT FUN We had a great time with Brian, who was full of interesting stories about the film industry, LA, his own family etc. Very active mind and very entertaining. You can see straight away that the tours are all his life, he puts his heart into every minute of the tour, sometimes recreating the scenes - we ended up... More

I've just recently done two different tours with Dearly Departed and they both were fantastic!!! The tour guides were excellent and they have been some of the best, most informative tours I've been on. The first tour I went on was the one that takes you to all the crime scenes around Hollywood and Beverley Hills (including the restaurant/nightclub where... More

We all want to see the spooks, but that is not what this tour is about. I really enjoyed this tour because it is an informative tour. It is not cheesy in the sense that if you look closely you will be a shadow. They deliver what they promise which is to take you to locations and show you were... More

We discovered this tour through Viator and we were pleased we did. It gave a really interesting look at the darker side of LA LA land. Our guide, Brian, was great fun. If you're heading to Hollywood you must do this! Thanks guys!

This has by far been my favourite Hollywood tour! If you're not interested in seeing the glamourous side of Hollywood and prefer the scandalous and dark underside, this tour is a must. I did the Tragical History Tour with Brian and it was fantastic. Brian's energy is great and he makes you feel comfortable straight away, even if you are... More

This tour provides you with a unique perspective on the history of Hollywood. Some of the stories we knew but there were a lot we didn't, or didn't know as much about as we thought. All I can say is do this tour, you won't regret it. You will learn a lot of things that most tours don't touch on... More

This tour was very interesting. You will definitely get your money's worth since it is 3 hours long. There is a bathroom stop at the Farmers' Market in the Fairfax District, so that is good. You will learn a lot about Hollywood's dark side here. The tour takes you to actual crime scenes and is supplemented with a constant narrative... More

This was the best tour we went on, I laughed throughout the tour. Our guide, Brian Donnelly was so knowledgeable, interesting if not slightly mad......I also love his film/music taste. My best friend bought me this for our 'girls' day whilst the boys looked at cars (yawn)....I would not only recommend it but go on it again. Thanks for a... More
