Went here on old years eve 2014, at $190 each for fast pass tickets it adds up. The rides and shows were well beyond expectations. The Transformers ride was our first and was incredible! The Simpson ride took us all by surprise. Kids (8 & 5 yrs old) were a bit freaked out! Meeting the characters was great though, Bumblebee... More

Lots of fun to be had at Universal Studios even if you don't have kids! The Transformers 3D ride was sensational, the best ride we have ever been on. We had to go back a second time! The studio lot tour was great. Get there early and do this first to avoid the crowds. We were there at opening time and... More

Buy the VIP well worth it if you get there early enough to enjoy the breakfast included. Lunch is also provided also your own guide and straight past even the "front of line" ticket holders to all of the rides. Fabulous treat and well worth the money

We were in LA for a day only and we decided to spend it in Universal Studios. It was not too busy so we got to go on most of the rides and saw some shows; definitely got the most of our visit. Kids got so excited to see their favourite characters especially the minions. The transformers ride was exceptional.... More

there are only about seven actual rides plus the studio tour. the studio tour is great, you see working outdoor sets and there are a few surprises too. the rides are OK, the best ones are the 3D rides where you really feel like you're on a roller coaster. the technology is amazing. the best one (IMHO) was the Simpsons... Universal Hollywood was a disappointment. We paid close to $400 for one day. It was extremely crowded. Most of the rides were virtual, which we, as ride people, felt was a cop-out. When we finally decided to go on the Mummy, the ride broke down. The food was mediocre. The staff was difficult. The only silver lining was the movie... More

We spent the day on the various rides and enjoyed the shows. Very friendly, helpful staff. It was very easy to get to by subway from downtown LA.

If you are visiting L.A. in 2015. Universal Studios should be on your list. Unfortunately we are not quite up with our Orlando, FL sister park just yet. The Harry Potter attraction won't be open until 2016. Don't let that stop you! Still plenty of fun things to see and do today. Universal Studios is where it all began. Going... More

we went to Universal Studios with a group of 13. They have a much better system in place for those that are disabled. Then again we really did not need to use the cards because the lines were less than 10 minutes for any ride. We were able to ride The Mummy 4 times in a row. There was quite... More
