The rides and attractions are aimed more at children than adults, however if you are happy to forgoe big roller coasters and just enjoy the rides then it's a fun day whether you are a child or adult. My advice is head to the rear of the park and work your way forward. We had fast passes which save you... More

We had lots of fun... although avoid sitting in areas in shows where you may get wet. Made that mistake and luckily had warm California Sun to dry me off. If you are bringing kids - bring the older ones. Not ideal for toddlers.

You can't be wrong by coming here. Most hotels sell a package for Universal Studios Tour. It cost me $120 to get transportation to & fro, with an all day ticket from my hotel in Anaheim. I even found out later that I could get it from them (VIP tours Anaheim and many other tour websites) for about $100 if... More

My wife and I visited Universal on a VIP tour which ran us $299AUD per ticket. Was worth it. Firstly, we drove in, got our car parked free of charge as part of the package. We then made our way to universal globe, had the touristy photos taken etc etc, then made our way to the VIP suite for our... More

Get here early as most people don't seem to arrive till around 11am. Start at the back and you won't even have to line up for the rides. Universal is great for a day trip. It isn't as big as we thought it would be but there is plenty to do. The shows are a must, skip the rides and... More

Enjoyed our day with three teenagers Plenty to do and crowds and lines well managed Would recommend a front of line pass, which we had which entities you to go to the front once for each ride This gives you a chance to see if you enjoy the ride and are willing to wait in line for it. Lines were... More

I was a season pass holder of Universal Studios in Orlando, so I already knew to lower my expectations. I took my son and his gf for a visit right around halloween. The place was so disgusting and dirty. The people that go to universal apparently were raised by wild boar. Trash everywhere. People cutting lines, cussing. It was bad,... More

If you come to LA it is definitely high on the list of must see things to see and do.Weekdays might be better with shorter lineups and earlier would be better as it takes all Day to absorb all the sights, shows and rides

We went with our two teenage daughters. The studio tour and the Waterworld show were both worth doing and good fun. The rides had mixed reviews. I think we all felt that there is a limit to the amount of simulator rides we want to do, no matter how good they are, and the one roller coaster they have is... More
