I really wanted to add an alternative to the Disney cartel for my Family when we come to SoCal, but this won't be it. Yes they have done a really great job on most of the rides, yes I loved walking around Springfield (as a Simpsons fan), but for what you get the cost is ridiculous. When we went in... More

While visiting Hollywood, my friend and I bought three-day tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood. Due to being limited on time, and very long lines, we didn't get to do all that much, but did enjoy the King Kong ride/tour and the Simpsons ride. However, what made the visit really enjoyable was CityWalk. This is an area outside the park, that... More

Visited during spring break with kids 9 and 15. We've been to the parks in Orlando, and Six Flags and Busch gardens all around, and this was in the top 5. Studio tour was excellent (especially with the front-of-the-line pass we received for completing a survey at the front door). Rides were lots of fun with great visual effects -... More

I went with a group of friends and did the world famous backstage tram tour. It was amazing - we saw the studios for pitch perfect and the voice in the famous back lot. We also took part in some 3D experiences while on the tour, like we were in the movie. All the kids (ages nine to fourteen) loved... More

There does not seem to be enough time in a day to complete the Universal Studious Hollywood. Perhaps, that's why they are offerring a second day free, or at least inclusive of the hefty price. If you know you're going, you should just save yourself some time and hassle and purchase the tickets online. The queue can go quite long... More

Had pre booked VIP front of line pass. This was brilliant and well worth the money. The rides were amazing and the shows fab. One day is enough to visit the park as long as you get there early and have a plan of action. We loved our day there and would say its a must do if visiting Hollywood,... More

We were visiting for the day...from 48 to 65, trying all the rides. Even though it is an extra cost, I definitely recommend the front of the line premium. This easily saved us 4 hours, and we never would have been able to see all the attractions in a single day without it. You save up to 1 hour (or... More

Went on two consecutive days to make sure all rides were enjoyed and off the bucket list. Things we enjoyed: 1)The Lot Tour is a must 2)Transformer ride 3)Mummy ride 4)Simpsons ride 5)Shrek 4D show Lots to get through people and I encourage you to consider getting a front of line pass to bypass the queues. It was Spring Break... More

Had a great day at Universal. My biggest tip - especially if you only have one day - is to pay for the Front of Line pass. It turns queues that are 50+ minutes into a 10 minute wait. It means you can actually get to go on all the rides and see all the shows without feeling like you... More

Always wanted to go to Universal Studios in Los Angeles and looked at various write ups about it, as was not sure whether to buy just front of line or VIP tickets. We decided to buy VIP tickets and I am so glad we did, the experience starts from the time you arrive. There is no queuing as you go... More
