Walked from Sheraton Universal Hotel, just 10 mins. Really enjoyed the visit. Jurassic ride was brilliant - and I'm not really a Jurassic fan! Got busy with lots of big tour groups but we skipped out early evening to eat on City Walk then went back in to enjoy the rides including the evening Backlot tour .. great fun.

The worst thing about the tour is that the Amazing Tour Guide Trevor is leaving at the end of the summer! He modeled such finesse while telling us all of the inside scoop regarding the property. The cost is worth every penny--otherwise the wait time for attractions will suck the life out of your time in the park. Two more... More

I did the VIP tour of Universal Studios, and it was worth every penny. We saw everything on the tram tour and were able to get off to see/walk through different sets. Donna was the most amazing and considerate guide we could ask for. Such a professional. It was clear her goal was for us to have the best experience... More

The park is great! But it is ridiculously busy, not as bad as Disneyland but everyday you go is crazy. To do all the things the park offers a full 7-8 hour day is needed. Food and drink as expected prices up, but if your a tourist you probably don't think it's that bad. The front of the line pass... More

Universal has changed over the years( we have been going at least 1 time a year for the last 23 years). They used to have Back to the Future, E.T. The Ride, they were changed out for Bart Simpson and The Mummy( not bad rides). If you go first thing hit up the tram ride, it seems to be the... More

If you're a movie fan or have seen at least one Universal movie in your life, this is the spot for you. The little train that takes you around the soundstages and sets is well worth the wait (more than two hours)...You get to see Jaws, the set of Housewives, the soundstages that can be turned from one city into... I loved all the rides, transformers was my favourite a mixture of 3D and a ride. the star tour and the shows that we saw. I'd love to go again.

I remember visiting Universal as a kid and having fond memories of the back lot and a few rides. And while I respect what universal is trying to accomplish, three things really disappointed me. 1. There are way too many people in a small space. Oftentimes my family of four got pushed and shoved by people who had no understanding... More

I'm a native Southern Californian, and in my 63 years I've somehow managed to avoid Universal Studios. Now that I've been, I know why! Simply put, for adults, it's quite boring. The studio tour on the tram is OK, but other than that, there's not much for adults to see or do, and I didn't see any excited kids like... More

The actual studio tours were amazing but there were only two real rides and the rest were just fake. Don't go for the rides but go for the tour
