We bought our tickets online in advance so saved money and chose not to buy the front of the line pass since it's off season. We made a good choice because we arrived when they opened and we're able to ride almost all of the rides without waiting in line. We met and took pictures with various characters and were... More

When you arrive head straight down to bottom level and avoid the crowds. Get the rides down there (which are amazing) done first without using your front of line privledges (which is worth paying extra for). Then go up and do some shows and the backlot tour. Take and drink lots of water.

This is such a great place, we had so much fun. Make sure you get to Waterworld and Animal Actors, both were very entertaining. We didn't go on any rides, arrived first thing in the morning and left about 2:30, we had enough time to see what we wanted

Universal Studios has changed a lot since I last went here in 2004. I heard there were a lot of changes and wanted to see what they have improved on. The rides are amazing and full of adventure and excitement. The new rides that Universal has brought in were The Simpsons, Transformers, and Despicable Me. The Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem... More

Universal Studios is conveniently located near a railway station. With their free shuttle service to the front gate it makes getting there very easy. We had pre-booked our tickets so entry was easy as well. We chose the general entry option, but you can choose the Front of Line pass for an extra $50 approx. Some people in our party... More

I haven't been to Universal Studios since 1979, when I was still a kid. I would say that my favorite attraction from back then remains my favorite attraction today: the studio tour. My kids (ages 17, 14, and 11) loved the studio tour, as well. We enjoyed all the fun facts we learned during the tour as well as the... More

Had a great time! Just plan ahead and take a break to rest and relax and eat after the first four hours or so and then get back to it. It is easy to put in an 8-hour day here.

It is very nice and it is the best sightseeing in Los Angeles. It is good idea to book your hotel near here or at Travelage near Farmers market at Grove or Americana at Grove. After Universal Studio you can go Hollywood street and you can see a lot of museum and celebrity and shops.

Spent whole day at theme park and had great time. Recommend doing the studio tour first then straight down to lower lot for rides - visited more than once and the queues for the lower lot rides seem to be at their maximum during middle of day. Was offered behind scenes tour which only took 10 mins, but was given... More
