Nice short harbor tour. Inexpensive, especially with a groupon. We were able to view the Queen Mary, some sea lions, and got a brief historical overview of the area.

This was the first real boat ride for my kids so we decided on the shorter 45 minute cruise during our 4th of July weekend. I am glad we did because I heard some people get sick on the 3 hour boat ride but this one doesn't go very fast so nobody got sick. Nonetheless, my kids were very excited... More

This was pretty much your average everyday tour. They take you for a ride around the harbor telling you about everything in site. It was very informative and the captain even pointed out some dolphins that were hanging out nearby. It was a nice little rest and diversion for about an hour. Nice photo ops of the Queen Mary and... We went on the three hour whale watching tour on the fourth of July. We saw the back of a fin whale and a couple of dolphins. No blue whales, unfortunately. I went on their winter cruise a few years ago and saw a lot more whales. They had two boats go out at the same time, which increased the... More

I was in town for a conference a night early and was walking the boardwalk. I heard the announcement for the tour leaving right away. I didn't have a schedule so bought a ticket for the 45 minute tour. It was nice to get on the water and hear about the history of the area. We did get to see... More

As I was walking the area, I fouond this little tour. As it was leaving it about 5 minutes I decided, why not. The price, $10, was perfect. We did not even get away from the dock when we spotted a Sea Lion swimming down the channel. I figured that we would go out and back and that's what happened.... More

If you need a nice break from work or a conference, this 45 minute narrated introductory ride throughout the day in the harbor to see California sea lions, container ships, the Queen Mary and the decorative oil rigs, is great!

This wasn't anything spectacular but you can't beat the price. We bought a Groupon for 4 people and my 3 year old was free so all told I think it was only around $20 for the family. Easily the cheapest entertainment all week and it was an excellent time. Got great views of the Queen Mary, several seals, and the... More

45 mins in length, purchased groupon which was a great value- would have been disappointed if I paid full price- but with the special pricing was good for what we received. Tour guide/Captain spoke of the items we passed, but really didn't offer any extra details however overheard him telling a few extra details to a couple near him. I... More

We went on a whale watching cruise and saw Grey Whales, a mom and calf. We also saw a huge pod of Common Dolphins, it was an amazing site! It was relaxing to be on the water and the ship was not crowded. Also saw a lot of cool birds.
