This aquarium is both fun and educational. There are a good variety of fish and other animals. The outdoor play area is great for younger kids. You can even feed the birds at the outdoor giant bird "cage". more

The Aquarium of the Pacific has a lot to offer including several great jellyfish displays, a stingray touch pool, and many species of sharks and rays that you normally don't see at other aquariums. I went to this aquarium after finishing the long beach marathon since they gave us free tickets!! it was really fun ( even though I was a senior in college!) Seems like a great place for families and children, but its really interesting for almost anyone! more
