Easy hiking for anyone who is wearing good boots. Lots of different kinds of terrain and spring and summer wild flowers can be overwhelming More

We were looking for the trailhead to Mt Whitney and came across the Alabama Hills. Drive Movie Road and it will take you through these wonderous rock formations--eventually looping you back to the highway. We didn't have the time to hike around, but we will definately be back. A must if you're in the Lone Pine area! More
