This wine bar also serves as the registration lobby for the Inn. The grounds and interior are beautiful and feature rotating art shows. The wines are mostly from the Mendocino/Sonoma County area. I'd call the experience serene, perfect for a couple or close friends..it's not party city!

This is a great opportunity to try local wines, enjoy a tasty treat or two and visit with other guests and also to enjoy some down time before venturing out for dinner.

We stayed at Glendeven and loved stopping off at the Wine Bar(n) for a taste of local wines before dinner. One night we had a lovely dinner at Glendeven.

We stayed at the Inn for three nights over 4 July holiday weekend. We enjoyed the late afternoon complementary wine tasting and treats. Great selection of local wines for tasting and purchase.

What a sweet place! Beautiful paintings in the gallery, too. Great selection of wines to purchase. They shipped them back to our house. Easy as pie.

Our innkeeper invited us to go over to the Wine Bar at Glendeven. It was our understanding that we'd be offered some cheese samples. When we went over to the gallery area there was nothing being served or offered. We could of course purchase a glass of wine, but we aren't wine drinkers so were disappointed that there wasn't any... Location, ambiance, art and wine, one of the best to find out about the beautiful Mendocino coast. It is not a winery, or a sales room just a friendly place to try some wine, and see some local art

We stayed at Glendeven, so, in the afternoon, one glass of wine and an appitizer were included. We also bought a couple of flights of wine to try. It was a bit pricey, but a nice selection and the room is bright, light and has lots of comfortable leather couches to lounge on while drinking your wine. a really nice... More
