I have done this for a girls evening and for Mothers Day. Nice instruction for dinner, then enjoy your dinner with a glass of wine. Loved it!!

This combination cooking school and (lunch) restaurant is no longer in Laguna Beach. It has now moved to the Macy's Department Store in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. The wine portion of the Academy, though, has relocated to the furniture center called the South Coast Collection also in Costa Mesa and the cheese shop no longer exists. I plan... More

Laguna Culinary focuses on teaching classes in culinary delights, and these are great classes (though a bit expensive). The real treasure at Laguna Culinary, though, is its amazing cheese shop. Original founder Nancy Milby is a Sommelier and self-admitted “cheese-aholic,” so once she had the school in place, she turned her attention to the other half of Culinary School’s space... More

The essence of this place is that it is a cooking school. They have a superb selection of wines, cheeses and meats, and a very interesting menu that always includes a fresh soup of some type. That said, the cooking school has a restaurant that offers some very, very good food. Therefore, I would rate this not as a cooking... More

On Saturdays they have a great wine tasting. Might be finnished for winter but consider it for summer. They also have a great selection of wines for sale as well as cheese.

We love having our meeting at the Laguna Culinary Arts Cafe. The choices for the cheese platters are plentiful and their wine shop has great deals. Buy yourself a selection from their limited menu and sit and enjoy.

Love this little cooking school for lunch. We have eaten there a couple of times before going tothe Sawdust festival right up the street within walking distance. I had the most delicious chicken salad on their homemade bread. Its very cute inside with about seating for approximately 40. Waitstaff are always nice and they go out of their way to... More

Go on Saturday and enjoy the wine tasting - price is right, at least until you buy a bunch of wine! Very nice.

I have not taken classes here, only visited and been treated to a wonderful meal. The wines and cheeses are also worth a trip. Great find for a unique dining experience
