Located on the Festival of Arts grounds is one of the most unique theatrical productions in the world, the Pageant of the Masters. This is the most phenomenal two hour show you'll ever see! Great works of art (paintings, statues, etc) re-done with real people on stage. You won't believe your eyes! The sets, costumes and lighting reproduce the real thing on a huge stage that make you thing you're viewing the real thing. Well worth the admission price!

Summer is not complete without an evening at Pageant of the Masters! It is always an enjoyable experience and since the theme changes yearly, it is always new and different. Don't forget your binoculars.

When you attend The Pageant of the Masters you will have a wondrous time! Each and every moment, from beginning to end, from the moment that you walk through the gates there is an electrifying sense of anticipation. The crowd is excited, the audience is full, and when the natural outdoor auditorium gets dark and quiet and the professional announcer... More

I have gone to the art show every year for over 41 years. Great local artist, craftsman and music while you walk. Demo and great food available. If you want to seek the Pageant of the Masters, get tickets early in the year, for best seating, your ticket will include admission to the festival grounds. The Pageant brings art to... More

it is hard to describe how a bunch of people make an old master painting appear out of nowhere. it is definitely a must see if you can get tickets and find a place to park!

Love the art, and live music and of course the pageant is always interesting. Bring a blanket it can cool off at night in Laguna.

I always try to explain the Pageant to my friends and can't quite describe the experience. The art and the actors are the best at what they do.

This show has been presented every year for 75 years. Each year it has a new theme. I moved to Orange County in 1983 and have been every year since then. It is difficult to describe it but I will try. Imagine a large outdoor amphitheater, usually under the stars, watching the great masters paintings displayed on stage. What the... More

Everyone should do this once in their life and pay for good center seats. If you sit at the side you may miss a bit of the show. Take binoculars or rent them when you get there if you are not close up towards the front

This is such a unique and well done "show"! It is truly amazing how they pull off such perfectly matched renditions of classic paintings and sculptures with live people. You'll be amazed and impressed. The best part is the one painting they "pull apart" so you can see what goes into putting together these masterpieces. The Irvine Bowl is a... More
